@SaintSovereign I had placed 2 orders on 11/26 one was for modules and the other was a module plus build order. The build order was express, mainly what I am asking is:

If yes, then how is the refund done if I did Zip Payments? Is there something I have to do on my end or does it automatically go to the card/account I used for the zip payments?

I cannot. It’s just a lot of orders, the queue is backed up. This isn’t the first time this has happened, everyone. It’s just a matter of patience as we work through everything.
I’m surprised people are still puzzled when this happens.
Of course it’s going to get backed up when you release a very popular update in Minds Eye or any other stack breaker title.
