I am just theorizing here, but would not be better to focus on the inner self for a change if two years of PS did not get big results?
I mean maybe focus on titles like CFW, SE, LD, Rebirth, or even DR.
Would it be possible to get a further explanation or short example of this? I understand the importance of journaling (at least as far as marking change to be able to note progress), and I get the concept of + and - thought energy expression, but the understanding of
eludes me. Perhaps I am missing something obvious. Either way, asking since I don’t know.
Thank you!
What subliminal have you listened to the longest and how long was it? DR for months Absolute better self, it was like waking up on a very long sleep, refreshed. I have 6 of them. A loving family, wealth management. No. Awesome, supernatural.
Reaction or lived expression of the energy changes it’s quality.
AKA
If you have negative thoughts and emotions swirling around, and you can write them in your journal without fear of judgement from the outside, and you are able to WELCOME and ACCEPT that negative energy, then your lived experience of it changes, your perspective on the negative is then positive, and you essentially transmute that negative energy in love, acceptance, and learning. (Note that you are not attempting to change the negative energy, because that defeats the purpose of accepting it. Accepting it paradoxically brings up those feelings of love and acceptance which then exist alongside it, and at that point you might realize that love is stronger and you learn!)
Alchemy
Same can happen with positive energy, except instead of transmuting it you amplify it via gratitude.
Here’s my take, and it works for me. I guess a more accurate description rather than “energy must express,” is “internal energy must externalize.” The energy MUST complete a circuit, one way or another. This is one of the meanings of many ancient symbols:
There are many more examples, but the basic concept is: the circuit must complete, and it WILL complete regardless of your conscious knowledge of it, and then proceed to START OVER AGAIN. Hence, Carl Jung’s classic quote:
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – C.G. Jung
But, before we get to that, let’s talk about it in semi non-esoteric terms, as before I could understand anything “esoteric,” I had to go through this concrete path too. Take the law of conservation of energy.
From Google:
The law of conservation of energy states that can neither be created nor destroyed - only converted from one form of energy to another.
When you eat, your body breaks down the stored energy in the food and converts it to active energy through an organelle in your body called mitochondria through the digestion process:
The classic role of mitochondria is oxidative phosphorylation, which generates ATP by utilizing the energy released during the oxidation of the food we eat. ATP is used in turn as the primary energy source for most biochemical and physiological processes, such as growth, movement and homeostasis. We turn over approximately our own body weight in ATP each day, and almost all of this is generated by mitochondria, primarily within muscle, brain, liver, heart and gastrointestinal tract. The pre-eminent role of eating is to provide the fuel for mitochondria, and the pre-eminent role of breathing is to provide the oxygen and to remove the carbon dioxide produced during oxidative phosphorylation by mitochondria. Similarly, a major role of the cardiovascular system is to deliver the substrates (glucose, fatty acids, oxygen) and remove the products (carbon dioxide) of mitochondrial activity.
When animals defecate, it just goes back into the Earth, where it turns into stored energy again for plants and the such. Humans have sewage plants. From: Where does all our poop go? | Live Science
It turns out that the stuff we flush down the toilet is surprisingly useful. A significant portion of flushed poo, in fact, ends up fertilizing crops that we eventually eat, said Daniel Noguera, a civil engineer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In other words, energy exchange.
Likewise, your senses turn “experiences” into memories and thoughts, which are also comprised of energy, and is another example of energy exchange. Remember: “sight” is light hitting the eyes and then your brain decoding the signal. Sound is energy moving through the medium of air and causing your ear drums to vibrate, which your brain decodes, etc. And all that energy becomes “experiences,” which becomes memories and thoughts.
As you go about your day, you proceed to convert that mental energy into thought and action. If someone starts yelling at you, you may yell back, and both of you are exchanging very volatile, highly disruptive energy. If you’re arguing with a loved one, one of both of you may say hurtful things, things designed to generate a negative reaction, which they will remember and internalize one way or another. Even if a person says “it doesn’t bother me,” they’re lying to an extent, because that argument very much shaped their experience of life.
New memories are formed, new energy patterns based on those memories are formed and over time, your life transforms.
The act of journaling allows you to externalize that internal energy while in a moment of deep CONSCIOUS introspection, allowing you to shape and alter how future externalizations of that energy manifests. Most people tend to suppress “dark impulses” or indulge themselves in them. Suppression will eventually lead to an unexpected explosion of that emotional energy, as well as you “acting out” the nature of that energy at times – and if it’s negative, you have negative experiences. And pressure from suppression will cause that energy to fester and become more chaotic.
Think of a pressure cooker, where you seal ingredients in a pressurized pot, which lowers the cooking temperature and thus cooks the food twice as fast. That being said, those of you who have used one know that you have to release a pressure valve which will safely release the pressured air. Otherwise, the device explodes. You see this same thing when you shake a soft drink. That’s why it comes flying out when you open it. Suppression of energy trying to express. The internal system is the pressured bottle, the external system is the world around it.
Indulging yourself in them is basically feeding that impulse with concentrated energy, making it stronger.
Journaling allows you to “release the pressure valve,” by allowing you to transfer that mental energy into words (and I’m going to get a little esoteric), which is an inherently creative (and loving) process, even if you’re addressing your dark side, because you are engaging in an act of deep self-care and growth.
And when you delve into the subconscious mind and take action, thus uniting the hidden with the material through a conscious act of will, then we have a moment of pure transformation, or what many call “alchemy.”
“But Saint,” they say, “the Google’s told me that mental alchemy was inherently Satanic and occult!”
You sure about that?
Romans 12:2
New International Version
2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
I’m not trying to preach to anyone – and again, I respect everyone’s journey, I’m using holy scripture because this is the doctrine I know. Just showing you that the notion of internal transformation is inherent to almost every doctrine and belief, and just because one calls it “alchemy,” and another calls it “prayer” doesn’t immediately make either wrong.
But, what exactly IS repentance? In the Catholic Church, what is the purpose of confession? Think about how they’re linked to the act of journaling. There’s a profound commonality, involving:
Trust and sacredness. Hence why you make your journal “sacred.” It is your personal bible, one that charts the struggle between your own inner world and the external world, just as the sacred holy books charts the struggle between the inner world of mankind and the external world. There’s also trust between the individual and the priest or guru, etc. Trust, the knowledge that what you write down or say will be safe, strongly facilitates the growth process. Having a therapist does the same thing.
Going deep into the subconscious, or the “spirit,” to analyze patterns that you were not aware of and bringing them to the light. Which you will then write down, or give up to your deity for forgiveness, or talk to your priest, or talk to a therapist.
That all this is done inline with the conscious mind. We have a tendency to downplay the power of the conscious mind. We often treat the conscious mind as secondary to the subconscious mind, but I believe that both are equally important in growth. Both parts of the mind shape each other, and when you unite them both toward a goal, you become unstoppable. This is the “as above, so below” of the alchemical world, and the “what’s bound on earth is bound in heaven and what’s loose on earth is loose in heaven,” of the Christians.
But, I’ve gone on a bit longer than I anticipated, lol. Got carried away and probably added more questions than answering. I’m probably going to cross-post this somewhere else, since it’s an interesting topic to discuss.
Wow, i am deeply moved by this post.
It appears you are very deep thinker and introspective, just like myself… about the whole processes of the world we live in and how it affect us as we live our lifes.
I do have a question about journalism, which i loved that metaphor of it bridging the gap between the internal to external.
But honestly, it’s an habit that always seemed like a chore to me, as i do not know where to start, what do i write about? how long do i dedicate for it.
If there is already mentioned post or tutorial about journaling and how to go about it i’d love to read.
Acknowledging your dark side (called sins), embracing it, confessing it (journaling), and expressing your will to rechanel the “dark energy” into the “light energy” in order to reunite with God yet again. The rechaneling is being done through prayer and taking the “right” action. All your life is about that rechaneling and reuniting with God over and over again. The whole process transforms you towards the Ultimate Unification when you’re One with God. Many saints achieved it during their life. Jesus was, is, and always be One with God.

I have experimented with Binaurals as well. And one result enhancer with rich manifested 1600 eur the same day. I know This is not recommended but i take full responsibility for it.
I’d like to give my thanks to those who posted their experiences with us. Seeing everyone’s growth has filled us with a “fighting spirit” that we didn’t realize we’d lost. It’s easy to get wrapped up in drama and the need to “defend” ourselves. But, we will allow the quality of our products and our customers’ experience speak for our transformative journey.
Subliminal Club stands for growth, helping everyone find their unique “zero point,” that place within us all, where we can finally find happiness. And that zero point exists in the NOW, where we are vibrant and alive.
I believe that the essence of life is transformation and evolution, and the past cannot grow. What has happened, happened for a reason and you cannot change that. You can reframe the past, but that’s an exercise of will that occurs in the NOW. And when something can no longer change, it is DEAD. And that’s what you’ll (metaphorically) become if your center of focus remains in that which cannot grow.
That’s exactly what was happening to me before we started Subliminal Club. I had a hard childhood and went into my adult years with a mindset that I would take revenge upon the world for the cruelty I endured and the sheer evil I saw others do each other. I began to believe that if I could control everything around me, I would never have to suffer again.
And what began to happen is that I became the initiator of my own suffering. I came across so many beautiful souls wanting to extend a helping hand, and I turned them all away, unable to trust, unable to love, unable to even open up the tiniest bit.
And after cycles of extreme success, followed by collapse, I met @Fire, who brought a youthful, inspiring energy with him – a force of nature that demanded that I move from the stagnant place I was in and find life again.
In the days before Subliminal Club, we would stay on the phone for hours and hours – all night at times. We realized that we had a common dream, helping people achieve their goals. And we decided that we would attempt to transmute our painful pasts into a source of beauty for others. We’d create products to help those ease the suffering of those around us. And we quickly realized that the best way to do that was by LISTENING, and not intervening. We wouldn’t try to attain power or fame or popularity. We’d listen. And we’d create.
And thus, the philosophy of Subliminal Club was born. It wasn’t about us, it was about YOU. And something I never expected happened.
I changed. I became genuinely happy. I woke up every day and rushed to the forum to see what results people were having, good or bad. If they were good, we’d try to improve the product. If they were bad, we’d try to improve the product.
I found myself shedding actual tears – something that hasn’t happened since I was a child – when people told us about their amazing successes. When we saw people in pain, but had to ban them because we knew we couldn’t help them, I felt that pain too. Something in me awakened, taking me to a place I never thought I’d find myself: willingly serving others and enjoying it.
I began to realize that while I have no desire to be a “thought-leader,” or serve as a mentor or become famous, etc., that the best way I could show love to this world is by improving myself so that I could make better products. And that’s exactly what I did. I began making products just for myself, and when they worked well, I couldn’t dare to keep them hidden (Love Bomb for Humanity, for example).
Now, here we are, years later on the eve of our next big innovations, things we’ve been looking forward to since we started this company. And to those who believe we’ve harmed them in some way, I’m sorry you’re in pain, but it’s just not the truth. And I cannot and will not go back to living in that place of death, the past.
But I will appreciate my past, because it brought me to this NOW, where I can wake up and say, “let’s do some good today,” and try and help someone change their lives for the better. And we thank you ALL, whether you’ve stayed with us or not, whether you’ve gone to other subliminal companies, whether you will do so, for your feedback and support. Running this company has changed my life in ways I can’t even explain, and I am extremely grateful. So now, it’s my turn:
What subliminal have you listened to the longest and how long was it?
I have run so many titles – official and unofficial — that I don’t even know. I know the one that changed me the most, and that was The Revelation of Spirit. The best title that I’ve personally written.
Since you started using our services, what meaningful, impactful, drastic, positive changes have occurred in your life where it has completely shifted for the absolute better?
Scroll up. See the people who have been touched in positive ways by this company. I’m in the unique position that I can see the direct impact of my efforts. I can rest easy, knowing that I did SOMETHING to help others.
How many subliminals have you purchased?
I spent blood, sweet and years building them. It was worth every bit of recon from every experiment.
What do you truly want out of life?
If anyone could answer this completely, we’d be out of a job. And you know what? The day that everyone CAN answer this, I’ll be happy to be jobless.
Do you feel stuck?
Absolutely not. I was dead years ago. Now I’m alive and evolving everyday.
Is your life very similar or close to what it was like when you joined Subliminal Club?
I once had a dream, but then I woke up and found life.
The fact that you and Fire continue to build your products and are on a mission to continously improve the technology is why I have continued doing business here and why I will continue to stay as long as that is the case. I do believe the products work its just the matter of where the individual is starting from and whether they are running the correct title for them at the moment.
People expect high level results while still being a lower leveled individual. It’s like trying to compete in the NBA while barely handling high school competition
