That’s what I hope to achieve. Also why I am back to Dragon Reborn and stacking it with A Love Bomb for Humanity. I really and almost desperately want to stop hating and sabotaging myself
Yeah bro, thats how it is initially… but like ever since going through that uncomfortable process…
I’ve never been so emotional stable and calm in my life bro. Like its weird I was an emotional wreck for like a week I think, and then Im like super stable after that shedding process
Idk Its the best emotional mastery sub in my opinion, because it makes you comfortable with emotions. Then you start realizing some profound insights on it
Id suggest to run it again,
Wanted depends on your core archetype
what does any of this mean in terms of concrete practical steps?
what concrete practical steps are you advising me to take to achieve my goals i outlined earlier in this thread?
i have run stage 4 the most of all the stages.
what makes you think renaissance man is the best title for me given my goal of hitting at least 1 million per year profit?
i do not see how going back to renaissance man is the best title for me given my goal.
Means that internally you may be very tight and tense; while externally you may be excessively focused on tracking progress step-by-step. You don’t have a lot of faith right now. (I’m not talking about faith in subliminals.) You may feel as though if you don’t control everything then nothing good will come to you.
That can lead to a situation in which it’s difficult to receive unexpected opportunities, benefit, or growth. The borders are being policed and anything that is not on the Verified and Approved list gets turned away.
Concrete Practical Steps: Get massage therapy. Go to counseling sessions. Dance. Play subs that lead to internal softening and expansion. I haven’t played Renaissance Man, but Xavier’s description sounds like RM may achieve this effect. Love Bomb for Humanity would do it. Chosen: The Way of Nature does it. Do activities that are not focused on goals or achievements, but that are intrinsically pleasing and worthwhile (and fun) to you. The concrete practical benefit of these actions is that they will remind you at a deep level that you can trust life to bring good to you and you can trust yourself to receive it.
All of this is the equivalent of Warming Up and Stretching as an adjunct or preparation to exercise. They increase Range of Motion.
yuppp
Renaissance man has been profound in the letting go process, and I think it’s great for product design and learning new skills, etc.
But anyways what do I know lol just a dude on the internet
thank you for taking the time to write this.
it’s interesting and i did take a short pause to consider it.
but i really really do not like this approach to life.
i think i see what you are saying but i strongly do not like this approach for many reasons that are hard for me to articulate.
best example maybe i can give is im someone who absolutely HATES tonny robbins and his style of teaching.
maybe that gives you an idea why you are suggesting is something im not even willing to really consider.
but again i sincerely appreciate your thoughts
your hyper logical and analytical
very “realistic” and pragmatic
I got a question, so what business u trying to scale to 1M/year?
im happy i come across this way except the realistic part.
im definitely not realistic and never have been.
even my goal of 1 million per year is not realistic if you think about the % of the population at that level.
No like bro, what’s your vehicle to get to 1M/year
I’m reminded of some quote (forget who) about how progress only comes about due to unreasonable people not accepting reality.
obviously im not going to tell you my exact strategy but if you look at my post history its very obvious what kind of business i am in.
are you talking about the creative process?
like that thing where you need to stop consciously thinking and let your subconscious mind work while you distract the conscious by doing something fun like your example of dancing?
is this what you are talking about here?
This may come as a surprise, but I’m not a big fan of Robbins either.
Anyway, stay the course, and you’ll reach your goals; whether you apply the above-suggested principles or not. There are always multiple pathways to reach any destination. I am confident that you can reach your goals. I just think that if you do not address the issue of flexibility it will simply take a bit longer.
Nevertheless, when you are taking stock of the efficacy of your strategies and approaches, at the very least, be objective in evaluating and admitting what strategies you have chosen to avoid and why.
And now, back to “PLEASE READ: Everything Comes to Light, Part 2”
genius advice right here.
this is extremely well articulated and amazing advice.
thank you for reminding me of this crucial fact.
Think of it this way…
When do your muscles grow?
Is it DURING exercise?
No, it’s not.
It’s during REST. When they take the protein in your body and build themselves up.
So, extending that metaphor…
When do we grow?
Is it DURING action?
or…
Is it in that moment of soft reflection, in that moment of relaxation, in that moment of letting go…
When everything clicks, when your mind has the BANDWIDTH AND SPACE to process your experiences…
Think about it bro
Oh, you got there yourself.
Good going dude!
Still, read my post above
This inspired me. I’ve always wanted to start a paper journal but I’ve always been hesitant because yiu never know who can find it and have access to your most guarded secret. I just found a journal with a lock on Amazon. I’m buying it.
Tony Robbins is polarizing…
Ultra über successful people love him and absolute losers love him…
It’s quite weird how if your not on that spectrum you tend to not like him
