BDLM/WB custom received! SubClub is kicking ass again today!

I was just hoping to get it in time for my Wednesday listen. Now to stick to the plan and wait until then. Unless I listen to all muh new stuff tonight.

Speaking of…Alchemist just ordered! Stage 1 tomorrow with KBC st 4 and Ascension Chamber. DR:LD back in for a microloop next Monday.

I’m pleased with myself for working with KBC in sequential order. I’m planning on using that discipline for working with Alchemist, allowing it to unfold properly.

I’m forecasting a “Revelator” custom for myself. RoM, RoS, RoD, RoB when released. Long term running. I’m sure i’m not the only one with this plan.

Time for some offline QTKS theorycrafting. Or Baldur’s Gate 3. Or both

8/28 Morning Time!

Woke up and started my day off with 5 minutes of Khan Black: The Crucible Stage 4. Then my wife wanted sex. I obliged! Not a huge release but then I wasn’t really looking to anyways, so it shall suffice. I was considering the gym today, go get a row in, but I think I’d be wiser to chill on that until tomorrow. The energy shifts tomorrow morning, according to Human Design, and I’ll likely enjoy a better result.

First day of school here, so my 2 youngest were off to high school while my oldest left for college class a short while ago. I hope they have good days. I remember first days myself.

Finished 5 minutes of Alchemist Stage 1 a short while ago. Very interesting. I was starting to feel full in muh brain, and I clicked tabs over to see that I was a couple seconds from 5 minutes. Exactly my plan for today! I will give it a few hours and then go for my 7 minutes of Ascension Chamber. That stuff is magic.

I had the realization that my qtks build/plan will have to unfold. I feel pulled in that direction, I Know it is for me. Fine. No clear build is jumping out at me, other than KBC4 in QTKS is haxx for me. Also fine. I can start smaller and iterate up, learn as I go. That’s the usual method for me. For now, for me, a KBC4 ZP custom is the next appropriate step. Gives me a different question to work with too. Now it is, “What would I combine with KBC4 to best serve me?” I know I can keep that custom small if I choose. Could be just 5 modules!

The thought just occured to me that the Stop Porn module inclusion could likely help with intrusive thoughts. I haven’t looked at porn in years, but I think about my wife’s booty alot. It’s far easier to keep a retention streak going when you aren’t battling horndog thoughts. It’s better to not even get started.

Interesting how I go back and forth between the two extremes. I enjoy the hedonism as much as the asceticism, albeit in a different way. I have never known balance there. One of the reasons for Alchemist I think, the balancing aspect of stage 2. Tantalizing!

8/29 Morning Time!

The work week begins, for me, today. It’s going to be a long stretch too, as I’m forecasting having to work part of my next Saturday off. Overtime built into my schedule too. But…bigger monies await afterwards. Provided it continues into the next schedule, I should be able to afford a rowing machine for home by the end of September. Wife AND son have expressed interest in that activity, so I’m aiming there now. If I save for a month and continue with my gym visits (intention recorded here: at least 20 minutes on the rower tonight after work!!), I"ll feel good about getting that rower. If I save for a month and my gym visits drop off, well then at least I’ve still saved. I’m looking into a Concept2 Model D rowing machine, if anyone was wondering. :slight_smile:

I’m feeling pretty good about this one though, like it will last me awhile. I’ve felt myself rowing internally. Does that sound odd? Part of me is practicing the rowing motion, in my head and in my body, although I’m not moving. It felt kind of weird when I first noticed it a couple days ago. I wonder now if going to the gym last Wed night affected my low recon Thursday. Hmmm. Not going to be able to duplicate that this week, since I won’t go tomorrow night as well as tonight, plus the listening is gunna be different. I think I’m going to go hard with 3 minutes on WANTED:BDLM tomorrow. 3 minutes Alch 1 too. Yeah dude.

I realized l can put pretty much whatever I want with KBC4 in a custom. It’s a Self Enhancer sub, from my point of view. Mastery of one’s sexual energy inevitably leads to some level of accumulation of one’s energy. As more of your own energy accumulates, more of you adds up. I had kept my own energy at barrel bottom for near 20 years. It wasn’t too long ago I concluded it was because I had such a fear of rejection. Now, as I’ve grown to love myself (Thanks SubClub!), I have a much easier time letting my energy build up. I allow myself to be myself. Hmmm. That line just came to me.

Anywho, rambling again. Imma put a few modules in with KBC4 in a custom, prolly end of the week. A few things I’ve been curious about and wanted to try out. :slight_smile: Like Book Blitz, Treasure Finder, Mystery. Mimisbrunnr!! Maybe Cosmic Navigator. That art has always spoken to me and I like the module concept. Alexandria and Informaticon. Symphony of the Glyphs and Void of Creation. The possibilities…

That might have been an overlisten on the custom there, but we’ll find out if/how bad recon hits. I feel like I didn’t get enough rest sleeping, even though it was my usual amount of time. Might have been the late night yogurt and mango. Hmmm. I’ll be home earlier tonight, I’ll grab a protein shake instead this evening. Gym nights are cool but they go so late.

Looking out my window just now, the sun trying to poke through this wreath of clouds, looks like the DEUS module art. Sweet.

Thank you, Mr. Lion, for taking a step I had only a thought about just recently! :pray: I am intrigued. Although, I’ve done this sort of thing before. Not with subs but other life purpose explorations. Another answer of “your life purpose is to experience life” would be quite irritating. :slight_smile: Maybe. Maybe not. Perhaps there is freedom there, but it feels maddening. I know I don’t want to drift along, and I don’t have some life vocation screaming at me to fulfill it. I’m certain there is middle ground there, along the lines of : Set a goal and move towards that. It has been difficult in setting the goal. If I try to initiate things, it usually goes poorly. I have a long list of things started and left unfinished. Better to discontinue that practice!

I just had the thought that it would be cool if that list that Lion compiled was put together just right, in SubClub fashion, and released as a major title. Find your Life Purpose! Genesis 2.0 or some such. Ah well.

Ten days until some consecutive days off. Let’s set a short term goal of 4 more gym visits. I’ll have to get one in this weekend or go on my lone day off to have that goal met. I can do it.

You may be right. I’ve only given it a couple loops. I remember it got me up early in the morning, not in a bad way. :slight_smile: It would be worthwhile to give that a go before building another custom, especially since I already have it.

8/31 Morning Time!

Rest day today. So far so good on any WB recon. I may keep the listen at 3 min next week, however today would normally be a harder recon day so I’ll keep the jury out until tonight.

Pretty sure it’s Blue Moon day. Oldest daughter was rude again to my wife and I this morning. Anytime something deviates from her mental plan, everyone around her will experience her anger. Verbal altercations escalate very quickly around here from harsh words to shouting matches when daughter #1 is involved. Gets especially aggravating when she’s the reason I’m working where I am. One of the benefits of my job is free tuition, for myself and any dependents. I feel she pays lip service to appreciating the debt free college experience. Grumble.

Gym tonight after work, gotta get some rowing in. I’ll update after with stats, helps me be accountable. I’m still curious what got me moving, but I’m thinking it could be WB. As good a guess as any.

Saw some back and forth on here yesterday regarding PMO. I have my own cautionary tale to tell; I think I’ll stick it here at some point.

I’m up way too late. So be it! Some mental wanderings.

One of the things that drew me in about SubClub was the Titles. Like the actual names of em. Dragon Reborn for one. I’m a big WoT fan, and that immediately caught my eye.

Just reread the description for fun. I know it is not an easy subliminal to run. Completing it seems to be considered a badge of honor in the community, as I’ve noticed a distinct level of respect given to those who have. It also appears to confer the tangible benefit of enhanced subliminal…capabilities? Capacity? Some kind of bonus like that. Could be…likely is dependent on the user.

Anyway. Rereading the objectives, I noticed the bit about reframing past adversities for learning replacing the manifest challenges scripting. I think that’s cool, but I wonder tonight if old DR was just brutal to run.

I wonder now what 4 stager has the best …completion rate? My gut says Khan, but I’ve only read so much on here. Not enough to make an educated guess.

Thinking of giving the Marriage Enhancement a 1.5 min listen on Monday. It’s Terminus strength. My theory is that it works on a different level than the usual zp store title or custom. It would be interesting because I roll WB in a custom on Wednesdays. Low or no recon today, btw. Quite nice. Yeah dude. I was thinking one listen every 3-4 weeks. Maybe every 4th Monday. Keep it going in there deep. Imma sleep on it.

Intending to have a ‘Malkuth Morning’, as I think of it, involving morning meditation (for me, Hemisync Focus 10) and qigong upon awakening. My wake and baking has dwindled a bit every day, to the point where having any less removes any point to it. Worth a shot to see how it sets up my day versus the other.

I need better names for my customs. Something shorter.:slight_smile: The long names feel inefficient.

I want to get a list going regarding subs I want to run. Take the time to sit down, look over the storefront, see what looks interesting and speaks to me, and write down why. Maybe I can organize after that and figure out some stack combinations for myself. I KNOW I want to run PCC at some point, but I’m not sure with what, hence the list idea.

Saturday will be a long day. I’m planning on ‘eating the frog’ and going to row before work tomorrow. Should be doable even with the 10 hour shift. Getting that done will get me over the mental hump of the short term gym goal. With the holiday weekend however, work should be fairly slow. Just about halfway there on this work period slog.

I wonder what sort of action I can take or should be taking with ALCH1, to help Pathfinder along. I suppose I could reread my differing materials and texts to see what jumps out at me. Might be some interesting synergy there between ALCH1 and KBC4, the energetic channel purification interacting with the increased flow of my energy. Time will tell.

9/3 Morning Time!

Yesterday did not go to plan. How does it go? “Man plans, God laughs”?

Woke up early with a massive headache and nausea. Threw up twice. Called work 4 times before someone answered and I was able to be out sick. Threw up twice more. Smoked and slept until 2ish in the afternoon. Finally had a protein shake at 3:30ish and was able to eat solid food later on last night.

I’m not sure. I don’t think it was overload. I half believe it was a sub manifestation. It was very out of the blue for me to get ill like that, especially since I’ve been taking strides to be more healthy lately. I know, what kind of sub manifestation would get someone sick right? Don’t make any sense there, PizzaShaman!

Yesterday, early evening I started getting some messages from my daughter, asking me what happened at work since an email had gone out ‘talking about an incident’ in my area of employment. Mid afternoon, a couple of my coworkers got into a verbal altercation which escalated to a brief physical one, which resulted in the police being summoned. Had I been present at work, it is highly likely that I would have involved myself to diffuse the situation, whatever it was. So I was spared that by being off sick.

Found out when I woke up that a good friend at work was involved in that situation. (Like my wife found out before I did…jeez) I suppose I will start to see the fallout today, as I’m going in to work with this (now)head cold. Sudafed for the win!

I need this week to go according to plan regarding my work schedule. I want a nice padded paycheck for later on in the month for the rower!! Although, thinking just now, I may try to see if I can magic one up via Ascension Chamber. Can’t hurt to put some thought energy there.

Even with feeling a bit ill, I feel full of energy! Today is day 6 since last release. It is an odd juxtaposition, body feeling weak and weary yet energized. I am uncertain if I want to keep this little streak going or release some pressure tonight and start anew. I find that I have a far easier time with retention when my wife is on her period, and according to the tracker that’s 9 days out. If I let loose tonight and start fresh, I could get a 2 week streak in, easy I think.

Or I could say No. Keep my energy for my own use. I want to get to the gym tomorrow since I couldn’t yesterday and it was closed today. Half hour or so on the rower will take the edge off the energy level.
Might end up being a coin flip.

Sigh. If I was single, retention would be easy. Well, now. No wife in the picture ever, I would likely still be a porn addict. But that’s a story for another time.

Switching tracks: One (Of the many!) things I like about SubClub is the emphasis on Action! Psych-K was/is great for precise subconscious adjustments, but it falls short, IMO, because of the lack of weight placed on Action. “Consider” an action step vs. Take Action!

Maybe an Action Guide would be handy for my fellow SubClubbers? I saw one around here before. I believe it was written by Simon for EoG stage 1, a solid plan of steps one could/should take to get the most out of that stage, and a guideline for when you’d be ready to move on to the next stage. Sometimes its easy to figure out. KBC for instance! Feel free to disagree, but I think the first action step is to decide to retain your essence.

I don’t know too much about what steps people should take for each sub, but I know that amongst the community, it would be possible to craft a list of action steps for each sub (or stage in a multi stager) to get noobs started. Noobs was written with love, there. :slight_smile: I’m still noobish too.

Motivated to create some goals today. Here goes:

Current Continuing Knowledge Goal: Find out what SubClub products are capable of based on personal experience.
Short Term Knowledge Goal: Construct list of desired subs, prioritize and plan usage. Finalize and order KBC4 custom when core is available. That name embed is NICE.

Current Continuing Mastery Goal: Obtain complete mastery and control over my sex drive.
Short Term Mastery Goal: Make it to the neurochemical/hormonal calm period after 2 weeks or so of retention. Not feel like I’m fiending for some ooey gooey.

Current Continuing Fitness Goal: Get a rower’s build. Lean and strong.
Short Term Fitness Goal: 3 more workouts by next weekend off.

Current Continuing Family Goal: Develop better relationship with my son.
Short Term Family Goal: I’ll have to plan some things for us to do together. We can exercise as an activity when I get the rower at the end of the month. He just wants me to talk to him. Sometimes I don’t know how to. We did have a good talk night before last. Set aside time for that.

Kinda wanna cram RM:UW in a custom with KBC4. I feel I could use the boost. It takes me so long to type up these entries! Oh well. Don’t force it, PizzaShaman. That ends poorly, you know that.

Did you notice that the CHOSEN title was also Wheel of Time inspired? That’s what the darkfriends call the Forsaken.

The TV series was a big disappointment though.
