If I stick with one month I still listen to less loops because I added more rest days.
So yes the month probably stays.
I stick to two months per stage since Iām doing Emperor along with Alchemist. If it was Alchemist only I would stick to one, I guess. Our results should be the most important reference point but if itās hard to gauge or you just want to āmake sureā one month should be enough. Also, I run the last stage twice longer than a ābasicā stage. So for Alchemist, itās going to be four moths for Stage 4.

Dragon Reborn has been my first four stage sub.
The first two stages were done with ver. 1. QV2 was released right around the time I was scheduled to switch to ST3, so it and ST4 have been all QV2.
I donāt know if I have really noticed much difference between running Q and QV2, but hopefully it will become more apparent as I run ST4. My plan is to keep that running until the end of 2021.
