Philosophy and Strategy of Running Multi Level Titles

I stack a lot so keep DR to 1-3 loops a day. I’ve found 1 loop of anything still gives profound results.
It’s insane how strong Q is. I was at 13 loops a day, but I’m convinced that Q at 2 loops a day on average is ideal for most. I understand everyone is different but I find it very hard to believe persons are getting undiluted or ideal results running more than 6 loops total a day. My experience is what I thought was great results at higher loops is blown away by dropping the loops.

@Azriel I like your thinking. 2 loops of DR works better for me too.

I am also looking into a daily cap around 7 - 9 total loops. So maybe:

DR - 2 (Major)
Custom - 1 (Major)
Ultima RICH - 3 (Major)
Other Ultimas - 1 to 3 (1 each loop for BLUE, Commander, and Love Bomb)

Something like that.

How can I put my subs on my iphone 11 Pro and loop them? I’m thinking I need more listening time so I want to try to loop at night.

Open up iTunes. Drag and drop the sub files into your library. Plug in your phone and sync. The sub files will show up on your iPhone.

You can then create playlists on your iPhone set to the number of loops you want.

idk why overcomplicate so m

can just do 1 month per stage, then st4 / Ultima

This doesn’t work for me whether I drag or File-add file/folder the subs never show up in itunes?
Any insight lol?

That looks like a good stack
I would run that for a week or 2 before adding ‘Other Ultimas’.
Just DR/ Custom 1/ RICH -first if you haven’t already

Ok. Here’s what I do:

  1. Take the files and store them on my external drive
  2. Load the files into Media Monkey
  3. Alter the metadata so every file has the Album Artist “Sub Club” + add the album art
  4. Open up iTunes with my iPhone plugged in
  5. Drop and drag the files into my iTunes library
  6. Right click on the phone icon under Devices and select sync
  7. Check the iPhone to make sure the files are on the phone

@Azriel I haven’t built the custom yet. That is my project tonight. I will write you in my other thread for some additional advice. Thanks.

I thought you had a custom with DR and HOM you just started?

Maybe I missed it, you want to run DR regular in stages first and do a new custom?

I’ll have to look into this but this guide will definitely help

I didn’t believe it at first.

Yep. It’s the everyone is different explanation, and yet we don’t know what or why in a way that we can control, isolate, or replicate the factor(s).

@Sinusoid

Thank you for these explanations!

@RVconsultant

You’re welcome. And thank you for helping me on my upcoming custom.

WOW yall that’s a whole lot of ways thanks!!

But my first 2 subs I purchased, I made a playlist on my computer and it just showed up on my phone itunes!! LOL!!
What makes it so funny is I don’t know HOW!!! HAHAHAHAA

I’ve ended up doing 49 days of ST1, 28 days of St2, 28 days of ST3 and I am on my 23rd days of ST4. This has been solo. As of Thursday I added Survival Instinct, so now I am running that alongside DR ST4. I hope for this to be a synergistic combination.

I’m thinking on Qv2 the recommendation for one month per stage might not be necessary anymore.

Sure, running a sub longer has deeper changes, but to get the basics of it set, maybe 15-20 days are already enough?

Or maybe we should count in loops.

Paging @Sub.Zero
Has anyone changed their multistage approach on Qv2, do you know?

I know for certain that I got huge effects on Khan ST2 after 5 days already.

The exposure time has definitely changed. Now we don’t need to be exposed to the subs for many hours a day but the time we need to let profound changes happen may be similar. We may still need at least one month per stage but this is rather a time frame to refer to when evaluating our progress than a fixed amount of time required for certain changes to happen. I would say, go with each stage at least for one month and then evaluate if you need more changes the stage offers or whether you’re ready to move forward. Also, as you know, SC encourages us to experiment so you could even go to stage 4 straight ahead. Really, depends on your individual needs and goals or your individual approach rather than on some rules set in stone.
