Probably nothing part time I could do while taking care of my grandma, but a first presults anyway.

This night was interesting. Woke up, drenched in sweat, so much that I had to turn around my blanket.
And a very strange, sexual but not erotic dream.
Today I spent another hour gardening, this time with @CurlyGirl. Making very good progress.
In the afternoon I sat down to start a brand new part of the Compendium. I was so in Hyperfokus mode that I didn’t realize that 4h went by. Only when it started getting dark outside I turned in the light.
I only don’t know if this is the usual ADHD hyperfocus or the EE one.

Another 3h of gardening in between. Using your body really releases a lot of jammed energy.
I believe I spent today 12h working. Ate barely anything. Totally forgot about socializing with my family and @CurlyGirl

My Ping came after 5:25. Not bad for a first listen. Half of the modules, including the cores, I’ve run before, half is new (marked with a +).
I’m excited about all new modules and to see them in action, I’m especially excited about the Anti Recon module and 42.
If I should run RoS next cycle, 42 will probably be even more useful.
Action wise it’s going forward. Yesterday we cleaned our bedroom. Deep. Including our wardrobe. Sorted out a lot. Feels much better now to be there. It’s more resting.
Today, I’ll clean the living room and then I’ll move to the basement. I have a former bathroom there that now is changing room for my work clothes. Looks like a bomb went off. Then the hallway and finally my office.

2 hours after listening to Grailbound in @Sub.Zero style (Monoaudio via speaker, full volume, phone lying on my stomach) I felt an immense sadness. Like a fist in my solar plexus.
The interesting thing though was that it felt like in me, but not a part of me. I felt sad, but it was like it was happening in another room.
I just felt it. Let the sadness be there.
I can’t really explain it. It was a strong sadness, but it didn’t effect me to much.

According to ChatGPT my prompting skills have been already in the top 20%.
Today though, my prompting went through the roof. I was researching ADHD and how to use subs to battle it. I was looking for answers how exactly ADHD works, so I came up with a story and the answers I got were much better than before.
While working on my Grailbound booklet, I had ChatGPT find objectives for the modules. And the answers made me understand the modules much better. That was before listening to Grailbound the first time.
Today I worked on a similar project for @CurlyGirl and the subs she uses.
Suddenly I had the idea to describe her situation to ChatGPT and develop goals fitting her situation from the sales copies. And it worked like a charm.
And that was after listening to Grailbound once.

On another note, one sentence I wrote about her situation triggered her pretty much. She saw it on another screen in a different room.
She came into my office and said we need to talk. A part of me panicked and wanted to go in defense mode immediately. But another part stayed absolutely calm and relaxed. So I was able to calmly explain the context and the whole situation was resolved fast and peacefully.
This is pretty new to me and absolutely fantastic. My RSD usually got the better of me, and I turn in an aggressive self defence mode. But it feels almost like the Protection scripting from Empath is at work (which I don’t have).
I don’t know which sub did this. EE? KC? Or something in Grailbound?
It reminded me of the distance I felt to the immense sadness yesterday after the first loop of GB.

I was doubting if it was a wise choice to put 42 in my custom after reading a warning from Saint that Wheel of Creation could potentially be dangerous if you’re prone to manifest negative things in your life. Even more with 42.
But this morning, I found this.
So I’m good I guess.
And the custom is just fabulous.

Listened withy.ping method. Was surprised that I needed 10:30 of Grailbound.
Lost 9.5 pounds since I changed my diet. Today I felt my trousers sliding down a little, it got to loose. I like it.
And I wasn’t to strict. We decided to have cheat days over the weekend. Nothing drastic, but sometimes I have lunch with family, a piece of cake or a few mead beers at a renfair.
It’s I diet I enjoy and still loose wait when I take it half way serious.
We also dropped alcohol. I mostly to support my fiancee, but I rarely miss it. Surprisingly. Since I know it’s important to her, it’s rather easy. Love is a strong force.

Just noticed that my next cycle will start in 17 days. So if I’d like to run a name embedded Version or Revelation of Spirit with Spiritual Reality Alignement, I’d need to order in the next 10 Days.
