Shorter loops are really great, you’re not missing anything.
I’m running RoS and LB and I used to run anywhere between 5min to 15min but since I dropped each to 2-3min loops, recon happens much faster and results show up quicker and are more seamless.
I used to enjoy heavier recon and deeper work with subs but I recently chose to settle for experiencing more positive momentum and softer integration and the results are actually much greater.
The sweet spot I discovered is where there is the least difference in the feeling of processing input between listening days and non listening days.
Listening just enough that I almost don’t feel the processing of the sub in my head and nervous system, where the input is just enough to create a gentle nudge that ends up integrating more naturally.
More gentleness with less input load tightens the gap between what I already am and what I can become, so the jump in growth is easier, smoother, more natural and the new expanded sense of self settles in faster and deeper.
PS: props to @Sub.Zero for insisting on the sweet spot and low recon subject
