One thing I noticed yesterday is that I started brushing my teeth almost every evening now.
Due to my ADHD and Depression I had times when I rarely brushed my teeth.
Now, I normaly brushed my teeth in the morning, thinking it would be good to do it at night as well, but never could get myself to go downstairs and actually brush them.
Now, for some time, perhaps a week or so, I feel zero resistance going downstairs to brush my teeth before going to bed.
