Pandiculation 🄱 Easy Nervous System Release

Pandiculation is the combination of stretching and yawning that happens often when waking up.

I discovered this trauma release ā€œpracticeā€ a couple days ago and experienced incredible results.

I discovered I can do it at will anytime of day and go deeper and deeper into the yawn.

It helps release deeply rooted physical tensions and emotions.

It also seems to quickly resolve the subliminal symptoms of overload.

I experienced it helping my nervous system relax deeply and tried it right after running a loop and felt how it helped the subliminal integrate quickly and more profoundly within my body.

What I like about it is that it’s extremely simple, and just like TRE it uses the body’s natural process.

So I can recommend this highly to everyone.

Look up pandiculation if you want more info but simply it’s going deep into the pleasurable feeling of yawning and the light natural stretches of the body we all have experienced and enjoyed when our body wakes up or is staying too long in one position.

@Leandros I know you will love this
@Adi this is meant for you and could be gamechanger for subliminal overload symptoms

Could you explain more, please?
How do you do this practice?

It’s basically going deep into yawning and that unique way of freely stretching your body around usually when you wake up creating this delicious relaxing effect.

I tried for the first time yesterday morning and it’s incredibly effective, I never thought before in my life to try to go deeper into yawning and stretch/relaxing that way, the simplest stuff is usually the best.

I’m so excited, I love discovering tools like this!

I“m lately instructing my body to release tensions, trauma, whatever programming I find outdated by intent.

What happens looks similar to having a seizure or exorcism, but the results speak for themselves.

A calmer nervous system, lighter body, more mental clarity, detaching from past hurts, changes in perception… all this very quickly.

It“s basically TRE without the middle man.

Haha I know what you mean by exorcism, I also get into deep release with open throat and old pains screaming/vomiting out.

I also practice TRE regularly but there’s no need of a middle man for that.

I do this every morning between sleep and fully awake phase.

5-10 min

I roll around in bed, stretch, yawn, moan, scream laugh and then stand up

I love it

My current understanding is that I (my soul, higher self whatever) only used the previous trauma (to stay in linear time speak) as temporary learning tool, and with transcending it can now just ā€œshake it ofā€ on the physical level, because I am moving into a different vibration, from where the previously assumed pain, tension, identitys arenĀ“t just ā€œoutdatedā€ but would actually be hindering. ThatĀ“s why the releases are soā€¦ā€œviolentā€ but effective

Dancing without expectations at a certain style or result is great for this as well
