It means you’ve got a whole lot of trauma regarding your ex and regeneration is manifesting opportunities to see those experiences from another perspective, healing them in the process. You can go about it however you want, do take into consideration not to make the same mistakes you’ve made in the past, that’s the whole point.

I feel calm.
My body feels physically strong on these two …Regeneration and Elixir.
Something else i did notice is that when i start to get a slight headache i run regeneration and the headache is gone…wonder why is that.
In the mornings i feel fresh and new ready for the day ahead.
Some things that are coming up are some behaviours or ways of doing things…like why did i do this or that…
Its like i can see some actions of mine from 3rd person.

- Most of my coworkers are just irritating me now as of today…what ever they say or how they behave is just annoying me.
- that cutie that i spoke about she also just irritates me when i see her…i realised that her attitude is bad…she thinks she is all that!
- some stupid ways i behave and some silly things i say is coming to me indirectly. I have been behaving and saying terrible things in the past. I noticed i was also trying to be someone else who i was not.
- the way some people treat me at work is now annoying me also.

From what i noticed when i was runnung alpha titles everything was nice and i was the boss…next thing on regeneration everything is like upside down lol …
Ita very easy to get angry and take it out on people …
I remain calm and tell myself oh yes this is regeneration showing me things and healing…

Break day today
I feel my bones paining in the shoulder areas mostly top body. Also pain in my throat but its not a sore throat…if that makes sense lol
Feeling very nervous and slighy shacking in the legs.
Had a coworker call me today when i looked she said nah its nothing im just saying your name lol strange
