Overexposure effects after listening to the first loop

Yeah, maybe I’m being too ambitious trying to start right off the bat with Love Bomb + Ascension, but between Genesis and Ascension (the ones recommended to me by @Fire) at the beginning, I chose Ascension because it’s a more focused title (for now I don’t want to be investing time discovering my life purpose and getting ideas on my head about how to start my own business).

My goal is just to start working abroad as soon as I can, because I’ve been healing , working on myself, organizing my life, and taking time off for more than 2 years now.
The other goal is to get a new girlfriend and to keep healing, also to get positive, that’s why I added Love Bomb.

I think it’s worth to washout Love Bomb and give it a few more tries with loops of just 5s, because completely changing my stack now, might require me to adapt again to the new recon, new things happening, figuring out the sweet spot for the loops, etc. I think I would also start to get more disperse instead of focusing in only 2 goals, so it would take longer to see results, and to be honest I don’t have more patience at this stage.

Also it looks like I’m making a friendship at the gym with a beautiful, hot and nice girl.
CrossFit gyms are social, and sometimes we can change the music at the gym.
So today while we were working out (only the two of us were in the class), she went to put a love song and the Woman in the lyrics said something like “How I’m going to tell you I love you?”

Reconciliation is the best opportunity to override the old patterns with the new ones by taking action (sometimes introspection is enough) that negates the old and confirms the new. Upon successful reconciliation all those unpleasant symptoms dissipate and the integration begins.

Look for those old patterns that got triggered and actively work on aiding the reconciliation.

Well if the girl at the gym is being nice to me, I think that counts as confirming the new.
I also have been introspecting.

So today things are better, but still not good. It looks like the recon from Love Bomb is gone or almost gone, but I’m having trouble sleeping well, and it feels like if I’ve drunk too much coffee (I don’t drink coffee, but that’s the feeling).
This is normally Ascension recon, not Love Bomb.

So today I think I’ll just listen to 5s of Love Bomb, and keep introspecting and taking action when I have the chance.

Do you see a contradiction here?

Leaving the country and getting a new GF?

Do you just want her to spent a short time with you? Or do you expect her to leave her home for a relationship with someone she barely knows?

I think these two goals don’t mix well.

Get clear on your priorities. New GF or leaving the country.

Contradicting goals can also lead to recon because your brain doesn’t know what to do.

Would you have any advice on finding the pattern we need to rebel against if the recon symptoms aren’t clear, like headache, foggy mind or sleepiness?

We’re responsible for reconciliation, meaning we need to actively aid it. I just shared how I do it, even though the topic concerns overexposure.

What you mentioned is overload. Only exposure adjustment and taking proper rest can fix it.

Try what I do and you’re going to see how potent the tech is. My approach is nothing new, I’ve seen that dynamics multiple times since I embarked on subs years ago. Yet only now I made it my main framework.

Successful reconciliation is beautiful.

Yes there’s a conflict there.

Maybe that’s why when I feel self love I don’t feel power and the other way around too.
But using Genesis wouldn’t solve the problem either. So I have to establish a plan in my brain.

I would say girlfriend is the priority, and then move away from the country and visit each other sometimes. Meanwhile I can see if they let me work remotely, and work from my country many times.

Another solution: I got an invitation to go to an interview to work remotely for a company abroad. They pay the same as if I work from the offices. Getting that job or a similar one, and staying here. That option just isn’t ideal because I like people, so I don’t like remote work all the time. But actually they say I can also work from their offices, so this might be the ideal solution, because if I feel lonely I can go and work for a week in one of their offices.

I didn’t even replied when I received that invitation, because I had this fixed idea of moving abroad (for which I’m still not organized to), and I was not seeing any chances with any girl here. But now that I start having chances, I should apply.

I have been till now solving a second conflict in my brain about which Woman do I want, and which path to take.

After finishing solving it, I don’t feel tired any more and I feel free! :raised_hands: :raised_hands: :muscle:

Since today I just listened to Love Bomb, if tomorrow I feel OK, is there any problem in just listening to Ascension, and keep the listening days of the 2 subs out of sync?

Actually I also have a suggestion for an improvement:

The coach in the subs should tell us that we have to solve conflicting goals (specially for 2 subs with different purposes), and ideally this would be done automatically by our subconscious on the background. If that would not be possible we could be motivated by the coach to do it consciously. It shouldn’t be a (Legendary :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:) forum member to let us know about this.

As per the instructions, you are meant to have a rest day between sub listens.

From what I read above, you sound quite sensitive to the subs and get overstimulated easily, so for you it’s best to follow this.

Actually later on I got the feeling this is already done by the subs, because I started to have urges to solve conflicts.
From my perspective, maybe @Parsifal’s advice was a projection of a scripting phrase already inside my mind.

That may very well be the case. You realized there were different goals. Writing them down openly could be one way of your subconscious to bring their conflicting nature into you conscious mind by using a third party (me).

I feel used now.

I think it does give some push - at least I feel it. Just some things might require more internal work done first before giving that push
