As @Fire said, Ascension only enhances your alpha qualities, gives you more powerful and confident mindset, etc. - it doesn’t make you evil or anything.

Imo, you are just not used to it and don’t know how to control it, use it for good, etc - continue using Ascension. Would be great if you could stick with it for the whole year honestly

Use Ascension, journal, take action.

All of this might be the results of your deep traumas or something as well, which Ascension should tackle

Just keep running Ascension and talk to more women, improve yourself as a man and so forth. Some limiting beliefs are harder to tackle. Some are incredibly deep, others will easily dissolve.

You could try Sanguine but with what you’ve told me, running Ascension solo for a few more cycles seems like the best choice.

Try doing this:

  • Run Ascension for 4 cycles total at least
  • Try adding 10 sec for each time you listen, until you hit recon that is unmanagealbe.
  • Once you did, reduce a bit until it’s manageable and stay at this listening duration
  • Try adding more time once you start new listening cycle. If you can’t, it’s okay, no worries
  • Take action and journal a lot, introspect your feelings and so forth

After 4 cycles, try to asses your current state and what needs more work and maybe choose a different subliminal, or keep running Ascension but try adding LB or Sanguine or other healing subs

Also, how’s your diet? How often you train?

What I’m saying is that due to big unprocessed trauma and bad life experiences, I fall quickly into negativity and get easily hurt/affected, and then I use my power for reprehending, punishing or fighting people instead of saying a joke for example that makes them laugh with me, or trying to work together on a solution, or just feeling unaffected/indifferent and ignoring it.

When I just used Ascension I was only falling into the punishing/fighting.
After using Love Bomb I can sometimes dance at the gym for example in front of everyone, I can comprehend better people and work together with them, not feeding my ego so much, but this comes at the cost of feeling my power/energy/aggressiveness lowering.

It doesn’t look like Ascension was tackling it.

When I increased the duration of the Ascension loops besides recon what I would also see would be bigger challenges that I’m not ready to overcome yet.

Let me use Ascension only for a while to washout Love Bomb, and after I feel Love Bomb is washed out, I’ll reevaluate and only take a decision then. I might try to run Love Bomb again just for 5 seconds, so that I don’t fall into negativity/fighting people.

I would say my diet is a good one. I don’t have a super professional diet where I count my calorie intake, nor where I only eat every day strictly what is planned on a piece of paper, because I’ve tried that and it seemed to be imprisoning me.

I have the meals structured (breakfast, lunch, middle afternoon snack, dinner), and I eat between them if I feel hungry. Between them I normally drink oat milk and eat mixture bread.

I order some meals every week from a lunchbox service, a quality one made for fitness. It has chicken, turkey, different fishes, vegetables, brown rice, whole pasta, etc. I put them on the freezer and defrost them on the night before eating them.
Unfortunately last week the service had a disruption and I don’t know when will it come back.

Some other meals I go and grab from a takeaway shop near by. Barbecue chicken, turkey, or steak with rice (I know I shouldn’t, but sometimes I eat fried chips).

I also cook some rice with tuna, eggs, beans, grains, and green peas. That is enough for about 3/4 meals.

I drink a cow milk shake with a banana for breakfast, or just some cow milk with chocolate.
For the middle afternoon snack, I just eat whatever I’m feeling I would like.

For dinner sometimes I just eat some eggs, or I open some tuna if I’m not hungry. If I’m hungry I eat a proper meal.

For snacks I have some cashew nuts (unsalted) and pistachios.

I’ve been forcing myself to eat fruit (pears and apples) after the meals, but it’s being hard for me. I also sometimes squeeze some orange juice, but I’m lazy to be always doing that and washing the squeezing machine :sweat_smile:, so I think I’ll just start eating the oranges.

At the end of the day I like to eat a square or 2 of dark chocolate, or eat a chocolate mousse.

BTW I just drank my first 2 raw eggs. They are organic eggs, but I’m not sure if they are pasture raised, so I sent an email to the manufacturer. It didn’t taste good, but I know it’s for the best.

I train 3 times per week. CrossFit in an official Affiliate CrossFit box, to have a proper body, mental, and personal development. I can’t have energy to train more and I think it starts interfering too much with my life if I train more than 3 times a week.

Eh, it’s been a while since I dived deep into diets but even just basic logic should point out that we can milk cows but we can’t milk nuts lol

The overall process of how they are made produces a lot of toxins and also nuts have a lot of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids which is the bad fat, so to speak. It’s also in seed oils. It gives you inflammation, weight gain, insulin resistance and so forth

Also fruits have fiber which I don’t believe to be healthy (even though all the mainstream media says it is). There’s a good book on the topic - Fiber Menace by Konstantin Monastyrskiy

It hurts gut, increases the amount of shit you have and gives you a lot of gut problems. Reducing fiber always decreases symptoms. Though, you might need some time to heal the gut before it starts to work properly

Start breathing through the nose during exercise as well. Both in and out. Better reduce the intensity than to breathe through the mouth

The Bohr effect. To put it simply, the less CO2 you have, the more oxygen binds to hemoglobin = the less of it gets into cells and it just stays in the blood (which is already fully saturated because we have enough in the atmosphere). As a side effect, you get vasoconstriction(reduced bloodflow), inflammation, anxiety and so forth.

Edit: that’s the main thing in the Buteyko’s teachings. CO2 has a ton of other positive benefits (*not at unnaturally high levels, of course)

Honestly I’m going to recommend Genesis Zp for you @SuperSaiyan , by far one of the best beginners subliminal. It’s kinda like stacking LB + Ascension, plus all kinds of other goodies. I imagine some of the problems you have with your current stack will simply wither away. :sunglasses::call_me_hand:

Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful for the laughs, but I have to apologize because to me laughing is sometimes the only healthy way I have to communicate a very different viewpoint.

The shit about reducing intensity of physical exercise to avoid breathing through the mouth is just a level of nonsense I’ve never encountered.

I’m not interested to spend time arguing with ‘science’.

Yeah, maybe I’m being too ambitious trying to start right off the bat with Love Bomb + Ascension, but between Genesis and Ascension (the ones recommended to me by @Fire) at the beginning, I chose Ascension because it’s a more focused title (for now I don’t want to be investing time discovering my life purpose and getting ideas on my head about how to start my own business).

My goal is just to start working abroad as soon as I can, because I’ve been healing , working on myself, organizing my life, and taking time off for more than 2 years now.
The other goal is to get a new girlfriend and to keep healing, also to get positive, that’s why I added Love Bomb.

I think it’s worth to washout Love Bomb and give it a few more tries with loops of just 5s, because completely changing my stack now, might require me to adapt again to the new recon, new things happening, figuring out the sweet spot for the loops, etc. I think I would also start to get more disperse instead of focusing in only 2 goals, so it would take longer to see results, and to be honest I don’t have more patience at this stage.

Also it looks like I’m making a friendship at the gym with a beautiful, hot and nice girl.
CrossFit gyms are social, and sometimes we can change the music at the gym.
So today while we were working out (only the two of us were in the class), she went to put a love song and the Woman in the lyrics said something like “How I’m going to tell you I love you?”

Reconciliation is the best opportunity to override the old patterns with the new ones by taking action (sometimes introspection is enough) that negates the old and confirms the new. Upon successful reconciliation all those unpleasant symptoms dissipate and the integration begins.

Look for those old patterns that got triggered and actively work on aiding the reconciliation.

Well if the girl at the gym is being nice to me, I think that counts as confirming the new.
I also have been introspecting.

So today things are better, but still not good. It looks like the recon from Love Bomb is gone or almost gone, but I’m having trouble sleeping well, and it feels like if I’ve drunk too much coffee (I don’t drink coffee, but that’s the feeling).
This is normally Ascension recon, not Love Bomb.

So today I think I’ll just listen to 5s of Love Bomb, and keep introspecting and taking action when I have the chance.
