I have ordered a lot from this company, I use the programs, but I made a special order, I paid, then they canceled it, now I am still waiting for the refund, without any improvement yet, is this a normal situation?

I donāt think modules are refundableā¦ just as customs arenāt refundable
You must have bought the modules thinking they were actually programs not realizing or reading that those modules are actually for custom subs

Well itās also stated somewhere that there is no refund for stuff on the Qstoreā¦
But I understand as a new user of the store that it might seem like a lot, yet there are a lot of safety net to push you to be careful and read before buying too
Tho If there is a way to refund I wish you to get it
But I canāt be further help from here it depend from the owner or support it seems
