If there is such an application, it is unfair, it is against consumer rights, you can buy a product and return it if you don’t like it, but I just ordered it, they canceled it, now if they won’t pay me, it’s a completely wrong application…
@Faith01 have you bought subliminals from the main store (down below here) before and asked for refunds?
It looks like that the situation is more complicated or is it?
We lack informations that we can’t have access to

You didn’t purchase a product you purchased a part of a product… i don’t see where they cancelled anything… The order thing you posted even says completed
I think you are confused because you didn’t receive a custom … so you are assuming they cancelled it

@Faith01 you mentioning “they canceled it”, what does it mean? Did SubClub cancel your order or?
Edit: I saw the screenshot above. In this case it seems SubClub didn’t cancel anything since you wouldn’t be able to carry out requirement; you bought modules not cores hence you wouldn’t be able to buy them in the main store. In this case it’s up to the sub club discretion.

If you don’t buy cores or a build method, then they can’t build a sub…
Think of it this way, you hired a personal chef to make you a custom meal. You’ve paid for the side dish ingredients but not the main course, nor did you pay for the chef’s time.
A custom sub includes at least 1 core, up to 19 other modules, and a build fee. Without all 3 of those parts, they can’t build it.
That being said, they straight up said if you made a mistake and didn’t mean to order a custom then they can refund your modules after you’ve bought whatever you meant to buy from the main store.

It says the order is complete, but nothing has been sent to my account, neither digital nor physical…Also, you go to the market, you look at the product, you buy it and when you leave the market, you do not comply with the purchasing rules, we cancel the product, and there is a situation like we cannot refund. ok i understand, then the money has to be returned and as far as i remember, they give a refund within 30 days after the product is purchased, you know where?
You purchased part of a product not the full thing
You ordered modules not a full custom
And also there is no refunds on customs … it states that in one of those boxes you must check before completing your order

It would not make sense you license modules and cancel them out of a mistake, then lose access to them.
I’d imagine you either still have access to the licensed modules—and can use them to build a custom (each module is like a cog)—or they will give you access to them again if it is not refundable. I can’t imagine you paid only to receive nothing out of a mistake.
Only the cogs (modules) are not enough—you still need the machine, i.e. the subliminal build itself, to put it all together, which isn’t free. It is a separate purchase from the cogs (modules).
I believe they are planning to improve the Q-Store.

The order for the modules are complete. Meaning you have purchased only the modules and not the custom subliminal.
The 30 day refund is on the products in the main store (subliminalclub dot com) and not for customs (q dot subliminalclub dot com).
Please refrain from making such comments without understanding business and legal issues. It doesn’t matter what you feel but certain rules are followed for a business to work.
Also it takes a certain number of working days for you to get a reply for your support ticket.
Now settle down and wait for the co-founders or admins to reply. They have been notified.

There are 2 stores:
1- main store
2- Q-store
On the main store: if you buy a title, you get the download link instantly.
On the Q-store: you need to take 3 steps:
1- buy modules (these cannot be refunded, and they are not products, only small parts of a product that cannot be used or listened alone).
2- after buying at least 10 modules, you go to step 2 and build the title here: Build Options - Quintessence by Subliminal Club
3- you check out, and get the download link after 3 to 5 business days.
Your problem is that you only completed step 1, which means that there cannot be a refund because what you bought isn’t a product.
If you want a refund for the modules you bought by mistake, then do as the support told you, which is to go on the main store, buy the main title you want, and then you will get the refund of the “special order” you made.
Note: since you bought modules, you have also ticked a box, which says that you know what you are doing and modules are NOT REFUNDABLE, so if you ticked the box without reading, then it’s your fault, and nothing can be done for that.

Based on the support reply you posted, the money you paid for the modules from the Q-Store, if purchased in error, will be refunded after you purchase a main store title from:
I’m not sure how much simpler it can be.
