Just noting that they have until the end of their business day to fulfil the order, regardless of time zones.
Could still be over 24 hours, but wanted to make that visible.
Yeah I’ve noticed that in the past, but it’s been a long day and I’m trying to get it before I get some much needed sleep. What’s their Time Zone? If it’s Cali then they’re 3 hours behind me. Can’t wait till 3am. Know what I mean.

But when did you put the order in like what time
Sometimes you have to remember that after a certain time anything after it is considered the next day
So if you ordered it past say 6-7 I wouldn’t expect it till Saturday or even Monday since weekends don’t count as business days
I placed the order yesterday (Thursday) at 7:22pm. It’s now 10:18pm on Friday. Past 24 hours and before the weekend.
I get that but it could have been past their hours is what i am getting at … at some point i am sure they are “closed”
So any orders after a certain point would be counted as the next day … So like say they “close” at 6… then your 7pm order would count as a friday order
So you shouldn’t expect it till tomorrow or even monday
Since weekends aren’t business days usually

Can you ask staff about hours?

For now, please think in terms of time zones and dates relative to the USA. Eastern time might be best.
So as of now, it is morning on the east coast of the USA and we are in Saturday. Where as in Japan, they are wrapping up their Saturday.
Even if that is the case. They have the order as soon as they open on Friday. Express Customs says 1 day guaranteed. If they have the order first thing on Friday when they open, am I not to assume that I’ll get it that Friday? I placed a 1 day guaranteed order on Thursday and you’re telling me to expect it by Monday the latest. Don’t you hear how that sounds?
Will you stop thinking of it from just your perspective? You have to see it from the business perspective.
They probably have lots of orders even express orders every day.

I think Saint or Fire should change the 1 day guarantee to 1 business day guarantee to avoid anymore order problems like this one. And have a certain closing time for orders. And what I mean by that is once the time passes this east coast time any orders will count as a next day order
So in light of that say you place the order on Thursday at 8pm…. Your order would count as a Friday order and they would have till Saturday at some point to get you it
Or if it was 1 business day they would have till Monday at some point
Yes I am aware that I am not the only one ordering an express custom. But I’m not the one pushing a 1 day guarantee. They are. I’m not the one charging $75 extra. They are. And based on that knowledge, I paid extra for a custom in order to get it within a certain time based on their guarantee. I’m really not sure why we’re going back and forth on this because you’re defending their position to me, yet you’re telling RV how they should change things.
What? 1 business day is 8-5 or 9-5 of that particular day. In this case, whatever their operating hours are of the Friday. Monday is a separate day from Friday.
With regards to this, I take 1 day guaranteed to mean 24 hours regardless if its operational hours or not because typically there are 8 hours in a normal work day and I’m sure they don’t mean 3 business days, 8 hours each to add up to 24 hours total. That’s why I originally stated that it was over 24 hours and I didn’t receive it. So even if it’s 24 hours or 1 business day or whatever, I think I should have expected it by now. But if they have a way of explaining it then I’m happy to hear it.
If you don’t get your custom within one day, your express order charge will be refunded to you.
Are you blaming him for this? He is right and he is just another customer.
