Perspective of what exactly?:thinking:
The fact that it was an express order and it’s the company’s responsibility to provide it?

If @Golgo13 was being rude and disrespectful about it, then some perspective would be required.
He is just simply sharing his insights on the matter.

He did not shout or throw a tantrum. He just wanted to make sure that the fact that it has been more than 1 day is understood, since he is going to get a refund on his 75 dollars.

You can’t run a business with perspective, afterall SC is a business.

Perspective that it isn’t all that bad and the custom will eventually come through.

SaintSovereign has already said many times that if the express order isn’t fulfilled, the charge for it will be refunded. Am merely reminding of this incase he didn’t know. There is a possibility he knows but am merely making sure.

We know that. We aren’t scolding him or anything. Merely trying to find out what happened and reassuring him to wait a bit.

Floridianninja is sharing his perspective. Nothing wrong with that. He isn’t running the SubliminalClub business. He is only helping a fellow-user out.

Your comment about the refund was the more reassuring and on point.
I don’t know if it’s Khan recon, but I don’t feel good about writing this much to just judge @Floridianninja and win this discussion in a way.

Wow. So much activity while I was at work. @Lion This isn’t my first custom. I think I probably have more customs than I do major titles.

It’s end of next business day EST. When you enter your order, it shows up in our system as EST, not your local time (if you’re not EST). Everything is based off EST, as we’re an EST based company. If an express order is missed, the charge is refunded once we catch up to the order and you’re added to the regular queue. I think Q-Engineer just refunded the charge. They are currently traveling and we thought they’d have reliable Internet, but it looks like there’s an issue.

Midnight, EST, though we try to have these orders completed earlier.
