Operation Genesis & Legacy of the Spartan

Yesterday evening at work I had to face an expected situation in which my presence was required while doing my functional training course. I was able to solve the problem without going into panic mode because I was in the flow of the moment & I received an unexpected help too. So I instructed the clients doing the course to keep up alone until the little “emergency” was resolved for good.

Genesis keeps you grounded while being in the present moment and that’s a huge benefit & advantage in daily life where something unexpected is quite always around the corner.

Tonight I slept until around 5-6 AM when I had a cough crisis and I suspect it was the LotS script doing some healing work. Then I slowly calmed down & slept better than the previous hours, for another sleep cycle or so.

I feel more tired the day after my working shift and feel it, especially in the morning. However, when I am in the gym, my body & mind are more relaxed.

On the body side, my waist & butt are getting smaller because my trousers & shorts are becoming loose around the waistline.

@Detective_L No, it’s LotS + around 10 km of walking distance (on average) at the gym during my work shifts + my high intensity workouts

Tiredness hit me like a ton of bricks but I’m able to move & do things regardless. So…discipline & willpower for the win!

Another 9-hour day in the gym was done.

Time passed by slowly than the other day because Sunday is the less crowded day of the week there. However, I handle it well with clients too. I’m not afraid to tell my clients what needs to be done, even for making it clear that they need to be gone by a certain hour during closing times.

I got some good & friendly discussions there too.

In other news, tonight I had some more interesting dream which ended in a wet one.

How do you motivate yourself for such long workout sessions?

I could play basketball for 5 hrs, but i struggled with lifting wheights all my life.

Now im trying to motivate myself with spartan and adding genesis in the future or emperor

@Doc First of all you need to find your Biggest “Why?” Why do you want to be able to lift weights?

I slept better but I didn’t wake up so well because I had to take my car early in the morning to do the mandatory 2-years revision.

This morning I planned to weigh myself on the body scale but I have given up the process due to having 4-5 different readings back to back on the scale.

Tomorrow morning I’ll take some photos in the same lighting & position & time to compare it with the previous week. I think it’s a better & fair comparison to catch & observe visual differences instead of relying on flawed scale measurements.

Excitement, energy levels & motivation is definitely lower on this cycle & LotS could be the reason why I feel this way. Genesis solo is undefeated at this point of my subc journey.

A lot of laughter after I did a brief but intense workout just before having lunch. Something has been cleared it seems because I feel lighter & serene after a quite heavy Ascension Chamber run earlier this morning.

Just compiled the list of the things, experiences & desires I would like to manifest as soon as possible. After doing that I felt even lighter & accomplished than before & I feel myself flowing easily into each moment. That’s good stuff for sure!

Anxiety is a thing of the past & I feel so calm & reassured thanks to this good combo. I definitely have slept well tonight even though my bedroom is pretty hot due to the weather. The strange thing is that I do things but my perception of time is more altered than the previous months prior to the SubC journey.

Something that I cannot define in words changed 100%, especially since the first Genesis cycle. If I can explain it better, passing time is smoother, more gentle & satisfying than before. Also, it’s way faster and minutes seem seconds in my experience and it resembles the passing time of the dream state at night. I don’t know what’s happening but it’s interesting to notice it.

Fun Fact: I have just redone the Mensa IQ Challenge after two months (the very first one I took) & I improved my score by +3. So my pattern recognition abilities are better & that’s a cool bonus effect because cognitive skills are never enough. I’ll redo that test in 2 months & let’s see the results.

Do you think it’s for Genesis? I also felt an improvement (I didn’t take the test) and it definitely helped me with my exams

@LovingEmperor I don’t know if it’s a Genesis effect or the side effect of having more confidence in myself and in my abilities/skills

Yesterday it was hotter than the previous days at the gym & so my energy levels were not as high as I expected them to be. However, I managed to be engaging & leading the clients as always with care, assertiveness & proper manner.

Also, the sleep time was not so enjoyable but I had some interesting dreams/fantasies about being alone in the gym with just one attractive girl.

It’s been a decent night of sleep & I’m more refreshed compared to the previous days.

Yesterday at the gym I got several questions about exercises & assistance, also a client shared with me some ideas to promote myself & my personal training services via Social Media. I appreciated the genuine help & maybe I should consider something like that when I’ll have enough funds to start it up properly & professionally. People there seem more & more chatty with me while greeting me first & asking me for help without worrying about it it’s another sign I’m leaving a good mark there. I’m friendlier too & that gets reflected back to me with some bonuses.

When I entered the gym the receptionist that was at the main desk told me that she was speaking well of me to others who could be interested in my services, I guess. That’s another good sign that I’m sowing properly, so to speak, the gym environment to attract potential clients.
