Slowly but surely my trading account is growing. As I said previously, it’s a small account with small profits but it’s another good sign in the right direction.

Yesterday I was feeling lighter, uplifted & telling more jokes than usual because I was calm & good.

Tonight I slept lightly until 3 AM, then I woke up to go to the bathroom, and after that, I slept better. Yesterday evening I did some gratitude & manifesting exercises which I want to incorporate into my daily routine to accelerate on the road to my main goals.

On the physical shifting side, my muscles seem to get harder week by week & my shorts are getting more & more loose at my waistline. My beard is slightly darker than before &, probably, it’s getting slightly thicker & denser.

I’m getting more interested in following pro bodybuilding & exercise science. Also, I’m looking forward to workout instead of just being a routine thing.

Today at work a client asked me for my Facebook contact because he invited me for a hike, however, I’m not into medium-high difficulty hiking trails. But I really appreciated the fact that I was asked nonetheless.

In other news, I was surprised today when I wore my watch that it didn’t pretty much fit on my wrist (the last time it was quite loose). It looks like my wrist circumference is slowly increasing. Also, the same thing happened when I put on my T-shirt for my job which was tighter on me than usual.

Had a nightmare & wet dream around the same time tonight. I also dreamed of some situation in which my sister was coming back from a foot injury & she was hurting a lot, especially emotionally because she was venting something with a lot of frustration & sadness (maybe the fact that she wasn’t able to provide for her family while being injured).

I feel that those were healing dreams because I don’t feel bad this morning even though they weren’t so pleasant to experience.

I don’t feel like journaling as much as before & also I’m losing interest in browsing this forum. Maybe it’s the productivity scripting pushing me to cut everything that’s interfering with my ultimate goals.

I’m watching more bodybuilding content & I’m more & more interested in ideal body proportions based on Grecian ideals. Yesterday I took more sunlight than usual because I found that beneficial for my skin health & appearance.

A few days ago I started reading a biography book about Steve Jobs but, it’s quite boring till now. I hope it gets better & more interesting going on with the reading.

Edit: I just remembered I had a dream in which a woman/girl was telling me that my nose was bigger than hers. A strange theme that could be related to some physical perception healing of my body appearance.

At work, I’m becoming more assertive & friendly at the same time whenever the situation requires one or the other or both together.

Some negative feelings & thoughts came up today, especially in the morning but as soon as I entered the gym everything cleared up and it was a thing of the past. It looks like my job has a beneficial & healing/clearing quality to it.

I was concerned about my perceived low gains from LotS till now but to be fair I need to take similar photos to the ones I took at the start of this cycle and also proper measurements. I cannot make an objective rate of progress by judging how I view myself because it’s a changing thing from day to day basis, based on my mood & psychological states.

I’m disappointed at the lack of results from LotS. According to my scale, I gained some body fat since I’m running it, I lost 150 g of body weight and my waist circumference is the same, I gained 3 mm of shoulder width though (but there’s a margin of error of a few mm in measuring it so…). Also, I took some photos but I don’t see pretty much any visible difference in the same light, position & time of the day. I don’t know what needs to be changed to get some results from it. Maybe the workouts? Or the diet? Or both? Less or more daily activity?

Genesis is not helping to manifest more money, a more clear pathway to main goals or a way different reality outside of the “artificial” gym environment. So I guess it was a momentary/honeymoon initial phase or maybe even a placebo effect.

That said, starting today I’ll start to not journal anymore about what is but only my daily situation where my wishes & goals are fulfilled in a private journal because I need to do something way different to manifest what I really want & really fast. I guess stating what’s happening anchors you to a stagnant reality of what’s already happening & limits your reality shifting (Genesis doing some magic tricks in showing what’s not working & pointing in the right direction, maybe?).

Just got a pretty bad crisis because I received some bad news from my job which will pay me less than I thought at the beginning, lower than minimum wage. So, unfortunately, SubC is not working as expected and everything I did to improve my financial situation wasn’t successful at all despite my overall efforts in making it better. I put a lot of hours outside my job to have a better mindset & point of attraction to manifest my goals but I went backward. Journaling is not helping in that matter too, so I need to find another way to get what I really want with efficiency & a decent ratio of effort/results.

I’ll commit to ending the current listening cycle I’m in and then I’ll revaluate if it’s worthy to keep going with subliminal programming or not. Results are the most important & the only thing I’ll consider to rate SubC’s effectiveness.

You may maybe switch to more wealth oriented subs like Mogul, AM, or Rich.

Feel better right now that the “storm” is gone. Maybe it was recon and now I’m watching Andrew Tate’s business lessons. There are some gems in there (to save & apply) and a lot of unethical tactics (to junk). He’s giving me another perspective on building a business though and that’s a really valuable thing.

  1. you’re not giving this enough time. Physical shifting takes time, so does wealth.

  2. you’re not appreciating the ups and downs of the journey. You got some bad news around a job, but that could be the turning point that goes out and helps you find something better. Or you get a quitter’s mindset after one tiny setback… it’s your choice, but no rich person has that mindset.

  3. Genesis is not a great wealth sub IMHO, furthermore, your stack is very diluted into a lot of different areas of life. Physical shifting takes a huge toll on your subconscious, therefore, it’s interfering with your wealth results, and on top of that, Genesis is working on wealth in conjunction with 10 other things, results will be diluted there as well. Dilution is fine if you’re patient, but if you want faster and more impressive results, you need to focus your attention on only one goal.

I would even consider replacing AM with Mogul or EOGST1 for faster and deeper money results

@Jouissance You’re right about those points. Now that I’m less emotional & closer to my positive self I see it was simply an inner/outer obstacle I needed to surpass on this journey. Also, I got some tips from my manager at work to get personal clients that I’m going to try from tomorrow’s shift. From September on the sales staff is going to funnel more personal training clients to us too. So at the end of the day, this stack is working in unexpected (read adventurous) ways.

@Jouissance Thanks for the reminder. I’m going to try the AM + LotS + Genesis combo for at least the next cycle and then see if I need something more focused (Mogul or EOG) in the next ones.

If push comes to shove, what you might benefit from is listening to LoTS every second cycle instead of every cycle.

The bloom will be incredibly powerful as well.

So perhaps for this next cycle try Genesis + AM?

That way, you can stay at your current threshold of two subliminals.

It seems that your results on Solo Genesis were beyond phenomenal. It’s worth considering the possibility that the increased recon and storm came from increased overall exposure, specifically to the new introduction of LoTS.

Or you can run a cycle like the following

Monday: Genesis + AM
Wednesday: LoTS
Friday: Genesis + AM
Else: rest

That way you’re getting more exposure to the wealth subs, more rest days, less exposure overall, but consistency across all your goals

Take whatever is helpful and leave what isn’t, you know what you need the best, just thought of a suggestion :slight_smile:

@Jouissance Thanks again for the clever tips & help. I really appreciate them :ok_hand: Or maybe I could do something similar to your ideas of alternating solo cycles of the 3 titles to make them even more powerful (bloom included).

So the next one would be AM solo (Genesis + LotS bloom). The following one LotS solo (AM bloom). The third one Genesis solo (LotS bloom). Followed by AM or LotS. I’m certain those solo runs are going to be very powerful due to the first LBFH cycle experience & the mentioned Genesis solo run.

You could do that!

Would I? No. But I’m me and you’re you and there’s nothing saying you shouldn’t solo a different sub every cycle! Try it out with AM solo this month to get the wealth results you’re looking for and then go from there!

I guess my only concern is… are you only concerned about wealth once every 3 months? Yes, they’ll bloom, but they’ll also pick up momentum like a snowball going down a mountain if you’re consistent with them. That snowball can eventually become an avalanche.

If Genesis first pointed out that AM + Genesis + LotS combo it’s wise to go with that. The solo runs could be an idea born from recon instead of logical & strategic thinking. AM without the emotional balancing effects of Genesis can be detrimental to building proper relationships with both my clients & outside of the gym because I’ve seen the transformational difference in how I interact with people without making it an emotional thing but a rational one based on acceptance & mutual respect. To be successful in the personal training business you need to be really balanced & leading the clients with a positive vibe which Genesis with its Auras provides with enough power.

So the next cycle could be something like that:

Day 1: Genesis
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: AM
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: LotS
Day 6: Rest
From Day 7 repeat from Day 1 and so on

In this way, every title sees a mini-bloom every week and I can minimize recon from running 3 titles while progressing on everything I want on a weekly basis without leaving anything behind. Slow & steady progress on everything in the short term means big progress in the long term for sure. Then in the meantime, I can enjoy my journey as much as I can without going into recon-hell.

I’m back to my former self today with a lot of drive to make my goals work, especially on the gym/business & side business of things. I feel more urgency to accomplish things than yesterday and I do them by going into flow mode automatically without even thinking about it consciously. I’m also back to a rational & calm way to see things & manage my closest relationships.

I cannot wait to go to the gym to workout & then start my shift.

Yesterday when I was working out I felt more focused & concentrated on every rep and the burning sensations in my muscles were less painful than usual. It looks like my physical pain tolerance is getting higher. Also, my muscular resistance is improving. Genesis & LotS go well together if you want to have a focused practice/workout experience in which it’s automatic to go into flow mode.

During my functional course, I was able to put more energy into instructing & motivating the clients there.

Also, I proposed a trial 1 on 1 personal training workout to another client to put a seed that can start growing my personal training business. He seemed quite interested because he needs to change his workout plan in the next week/s.

Today I plan to propose my personal training trial session to at least 2 more clients. Let’s see how it goes.

In the gym I had a mixed feeling day, to be honest with you. I was less in the flow of the moment and more in my head but it wasn’t really bad at the end. I didn’t manage to propose my trial personal training session to anyone but I asked several clients about their workout plan and so I have planted more seeds in the soil, so to speak, especially with a new client. Also, I got another nice compliment from another client who told another client who was talking to me that I’m the best trainer in that gym. Compliments are always a nice bonus, I guess.

Another thing I noticed is that when I make a mistake if it’s not a potentially dangerous action for them & me too, I get away with my clients using some jokes. In that way, I immediately lighten the situation.

Tonight I had another interesting (healing) dream about a new & huge gym where I was going to work out but in which I was interacting way too much with the members there (they weren’t the same members where I work though). Also, I was concerned about the lack of recovery because I was certain my body (especially my legs) wasn’t ready for another workout yet. However, I was eager to do it anyway. So when I was about to start some squats, I started talking more with the clients in a very friendly manner and I was aware that I was losing time instead of training.

So, then I decided to change the exercise and do some walking lunges due to the free available space in the length of that gym. Even though my muscles weren’t fully recovered I did it anyway & for a long time (set-wise). I stopped the exercise because I was bumping into the machines there though.

Probably the body was showing me a lesson about its recovery levels or it was about my concerns about fixed recovery days instead of listening to my body more.
