It’s totally up to you. You may test out both and see what works better for you. As long as you don’t go beyond the listening recommendations you’re going to be fine.

You know what I sometimes don’t get, is that with customs it seems like these recommendations are out of the door. For example, I see people doing this quite often:

Day 1: Wanted/Stark Custom 1 loop + Love bomb 1 loop
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Repeat

But that means you’re listening to 3 ZP titles in the same day, right? Even worse, Customs are the core program + added modules, so even more overload on the brain. Why is that? Because it has name embedding and less recon or something?

It can be much better…run 2 Customs a 2 cores = 4 cores + modules per day.
To be honest. I haven’t understood that to this day.

Some people may handle more titles but it doesn’t mean it’s more effective. They tend to think that they’re speeding up the alchemy process but it’s quite the opposite. Running one title continuously is the fastest way to go. I think that phenomenon stems from alchemical ignorance and not knowing yourself and what you really want. The formula is simple:

Know yourself and who you need to become to achieve your goals and then choose the subs that help you become that someone for whom attaining those goals is “natural” and “effortless”.

Don’t try to become a god running multiple titles. It’s pointless but I suppose everyone has to learn that lesson by themselves.

Day 1: ZP Title #1 (x1), ZP Title #2 (x1)
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: ZP Title #1 (x1), ZP Title #3 (x1)
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: ZP Title #1 (x1), ZP Title #2 (x1)
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: ZP Title #1 (x1), ZP Title #3 (x1)
Day 8: Rest

Oh. This thread I made a while back. When I made this post it was on older tech and loops less than 15 minutes were not suggested back then.

Consider this post. Note the listening times too as they are less than 15 minutes (microloops).

The listening schedule suggested in the question can be done but it is not for everyone. It is more for advanced users. Scale back on listening time if you get recon (i.e. headaches).

If the stack contains something like two multistage titles and an artisan title, I would definitely say no.

guys can i do one loop 30 s of my custom in the morning and another loop in the afternoon?

the overwhelming seems to have stopped now that i’ve dropped all my other subs

As in 30 seconds of custom in morning then 30 seconds (30 sec to 1 min mark) of the same custom in afternoon?

yeah but i dont usually run my subs like that. i always run the first 30 seconds of the sub , is that bad?

You do loop 1 of sub first 30 seconds then same sub first 30 seconds?

Once i had a listening schedule where i would listen to a custom and a subliminal on day 1 and another subliminal on day 2,so i was listening to a subliminal everyday because i misread the instruction manuals.

And results:little to no results and affects of overload,was literally slurring my words when i tried to speak or read
