There is a recommendation to limit no of Ultimas to two per day.
Is this a limit in general, or is it two different releases?
For example, is it fine to listen to ElixirU for say 5 times a day or is it too much?

Listen until you can’t listen anymore. The tech is still so new that recommendations are fluid.
Listen until it hurts…then tell us how many loops you did

After my second run of elixirU today I got very emotional, so I stopped after two runs. Will try more tomorrow though.

No, currently stacked with Primal SeductionQ.
Wow,that a peculiar combination to me but I suppose it’s about sexual healing if not I would rather run RebirtU.
I started with PS, but realized I might need some healing as well. So that’s the reason. Maybe I should run only Elixir for some time.
If you wanted to do a solid healing, you should stack ElixirU with the RegenerationQ. I’m doing it now here:

The results are great even though I’ve been listening to that stack for four days only.
