Iāve started using this 15lb dumbbell that my dad gave me awhile ago, before we moved here.
Different curl exercises, doing whatever comes to mind. Biceps/triceps, shoulders, Iām pretty sure the rotators or whatever that would be on the shouler blades (bent over forward, lifting up to my side with my arm extended), wrists, and so on.
Gonna figure something out for the lower body.

Been driven towards Spartan again lately. I want to maintain my stack however.
Khan Black is non-negotiable, I fully intend to keep it in my stack until I finish ST4, at the very least.
Iām thinking Iām going to give PoS II a full cycle at least. I glanced at the modules list again and realized that I should actually give it a lot more time to work its magic with me and simply be patient in the process.
Speaking of which, disillusionment with women is becoming more prevalent lately. Itās becoming more apparent to me what I dislike in women. Hopefully thatāll translate into being drawn to what I truly like about women, beyond their jiggly parts.
And I think Iām going to be keeping Genesis going. How long, itās hard to say right now. Things shift very quickly for me once I make a solid decision and Iām feeling it through.

My facial hair has been growing quicker, Iāve noticed. Iāve been keeping myself clean shaven the past since before we moved here so, about a month.
Iāve noticed that I can shave in the morning and by the evening see faint stubble on my cheeks already, versus every other day.

Iām going to work on weaning off of cigarettes so that by February 1st, I am at least a bit comfortably cold turkey on tobacco.
Besides subliminals - meaning, I wonāt be changing my stack just yet - and hypnosis, I am open to suggestions.

Went to hang out at K1 with my half-sister for get bday. She had a couple of cousins with her and a male friend.
The cousins ate me up in every way but physically. It was my very first time getting to meet my sister so I was on āfirst impressionā behavior but the tension was exquisite.
Ran 2 races of 3, we decided to save the last one for next time. I got second place, the other guy got first. We found out that he had been there previously a couple of weeks before so I feel good about it, having been my first time doing it in years and years.
We went to Applebees afterwards, had some drinks. The cousins kept ājokingā that I was probably going to ghost them and they would never see me again.
At the end of the night, we all decided to do this kinda thing more often and one of them casually dropped, after I decided to be the one to break from the group to go home, that she was going to have my sister set up a group chat, so that they had āall our numbers.ā
Great night, all in all.

Just getting it out of my head, no decision has been made.
I jumped onto PS because it was recently updated and I was waiting on my WB custom to be resent at the time.
I was also getting impatient with results. Now that Iām actually not really caring so much about getting laid - possibly due in part to KB ST 1-2 - I think it would be a good time to add that custom back.

Yeah.
Iām dropping seduction titles for awhile. I think itās time to change my focus.
As it stands, Iām going to keep Genesis and KB and leave it at that.

My half brother asked for $50 to get something out of the pawn shop. He only has cash app so I went on there grumbling to myself, to see that I for whatever reason have a $100 balance on there. No idea how it got on there but

Today is the first day of āno more smokingā. Itās has its rough moments but for the most part, Iāve been doing just fine.
Been a rainy day in. Got a couple of games for me PS4 - Terraria and Battlefield 4 - and some candles for my room.

Smoked a cigarette today, got a single.
Shot around on the court today, felt like I had extra energy right when I was starting to lag.
Starting ST3 KB today, playing it with Genesis.
The battlefield game turned out to be bunk; disc corrupted or some shit 
had a lot of fun of terraria though

Adding Lineage to my stack. Having a lot of issues with my kidās mom that I think I should focus on.
