With starting the new position today, will be rolling with HOM, True Sell, and for now PCC to establish connections and make sure everything runs smoothly this first month or so getting started. My goal is to move up to a closing position as soon as possible

Man the last few days were an absolute grind. Had to work all 3 of my jobs, after returning from being at a music festival all weekend I thought my body was just going to shut off on me or something lol.
Finally got a decent night sleep. Feeling back to a peak state today, and ready to take on the rest of the week. After going through the initial training at the new position yesterday, Iāve never been so motivated to get after it. The company vision/where itās heading is exactly alligned with what I want out of my life. Also I thought my sales mentor in the past was unreal, but the organization over all was missing that āattackā mentality that really pushes you to the next level. Excited to see what I can do here.

Been primarily using H.O.M for the last couple weeks, and man has it manifested some incredible results. This will be my main/staple sub for the considerable futureā¦ Unless the new wealth sub drops and completely blows me away.
Today I decided to throw in 5 minutes of WB. In my current sales position, it truly is the perfect fit and itās exactly the type of image I need to project to my clients. Especially as once I start closing here itāll be zoom calls, so the physical shifting in wanted should especially pay off. I will be monitoring how it effects my work performance pretty closely, as Iāve ran into some issues with the OG wanted in the past, but based on others reports WB seems to not have that same problem.
Those will be my main subs and will dedicate most of my time to that. From there it will probably start including limitless exec, but for the first couple weeks as we have to āgradutateā into actually being on the team, making calls, etc, I will use PCC. Going to get a firm grasp on what works the best for this position and then will probably end up making a couple customs.

Man canāt believe itās been a week since Iāve posted an update. Been putting in 10-12 hour days consistently since starting the new role, and had a wedding/tons of travelling this weekend while maintaing those work days, been an absolute grind.
Nothing earth shattering to report. Some pretty high level sales guys on the team, and made me realize I have so much farther to go to get to the level I want to be at, really just soaking up as much as I can from them, grinding out calls, and learning a lot right now. Stress level is extremely high, the wedding this weekend definetley took a toll on me, and came straight into a massive workflow week. I know things will get better once I get more situated, and have a better concept of how the workflow, CRMs, and sales process works, but Iāve been going through the days with a massive headache and feeling like my blood pressure/stress is through the roof. I know Iām in the right place to achieve my goals though, so my vision is pushing me through these hard days, but man I am ready for a day of rest on Saturday or Sunday, Iāve been in non stop grind mode for the last 2 weeks, and can barely fall asleep with the amount of stress I have right now.
Stack is pretty much the same, H.O.M, LE, LOS. Iām not 100% HOM is the best fit right now. Building a lot of rapport on my calls, but not able to build enough of a gap/pressure to set enough appointments and hit KPIs. Might need to playaround with the stack a bit, but need to take a short washout as Iāve been running for over a month now, and massive recon starting to kick in.

what about switching HOM and LOS both out for WB?
LOS is very energy intensive

Yeah for fast acting results keep it light, right? True Sell/RICH much lighter options. Do that for a cycle or two then switch them out for EOG/HOM again?

Finally a full couple days off of running subs, think Iām getting that h.o.m bloom. Blowing everyone else out of the water this week and itās not even close, even the setters who have been there for much longer. Not my end goal to set, but seeing a lot of potential to quickly move up, and even as a setter thereās potentially to make 8K/month pretty realistically. Not sure if itās the home of Medici kicking in but literally everyone I call it feels like wants/needs/can afford help. Pretty stoked on the progress right now, was going to switch up the stack and perhaps I will when the new wealth title drops but on an absolutely tear right now lol.
Was in a pretty rough patch financially until I came across this position gotta thank the homie @Jouissance for looking out.
Next step is working my way up to a closer with this company, first few days were pretty rough learning a new industry and flow of calls but itās like this position was made for me combining my two passions sales/fitness. With the ammount of leads and pick up rate we have along with some incredible coaching and trainers that just came into the business I feel like Iāve improved more this week then my entire last year of sales.

The biggest game changer I learned in sales is to slow the fuck down. They can tell me there in a hurry or have to go somewhere and instead of speeding up I slow down my speech, create pauses, and itās almost creates this vaccum of power that has them leaning into your every word. By far the most powerful sales technique I learned.
LE was great when I need to bust out a ton of reps, but now that I can basically make 100 calls and get 5-8 sets Iām leaning towards true sell or pcc.

Hard to say though, absolutely savage on HOM right now and donāt wanna mess that up. Might just hold out for HOM MAXā¦. Going to be unreal
Considering what the offer is. Leads are insane and a lot to learn and work towards. Especially around sales. Itās not like a normal sales job. At yourās, your able to practice so much to become better at sales as the amount of leads coming in are huge which is great for you.
congrats bro! thatās massive. And if youāre getting a 15% pick up rate does that mean youāre setting 30-50% of connected calls?
Pretty close, the leads here are unreal. Their either all company fanboys, people who have boughten products, submitted applications and no one has reached out yet. If they have the finances their pretty much getting set and closed at a 35-40% rate, which could. be higher but we just brought on a pretty bad ass consultant that is revamping our whole process.

First update Iām posting here in awhile, mainly because Iāve been so slammed with work Iāve hardly had anytime to think, reach out to anyone, or much of anything at all besides hitting the gym. Putting in long 10-12 hour days. Stack has mainly been NR, and LOS, playing around with the 3rd title slot a little too much.
Iāve gone through streaks of being on an absolute tear, and then days where I feel like I canāt get anything to click. This tends to be when I take HOM out of the stack, as in a setting role right now, virtually everything depends on lead quality, and their initial response to opening up with me.
While NR has a lot of benefits to it, Iām not sure once the NWE drops it will have a place in my stack for awhile until Iām off to more entrepreneurial endeavors.
One thing both of those titles lack for me is that competive/alpha drive that seems to make life more fun and engaging for me. Iāve been doing pretty well at work, staying on task and not partying hardly at all, but life is starting to feel a little stale, and I havenāt made much time for anything outside of work and the gym. I know itās just a season that Iām in right now, but just been feeling pretty apathetic for the most part and like Iām missing out on a lot of my life, especially when I feel like what Iām doing isnāt really moving me forward much, just a lot of grind work that I have no idea if it will pay off or not. Could be some of the NR scripting, but Iām really questioning if this is what I want to be doing for the rest of my life, there was a time when sales was my true passion, but at the time it was a skill to be mastered, something challenging every day, a new puzzle to be solved. Right now I feel like Iām just sitting at a computer fishing, spending hours and hours staring at a screen at a time before I get the right person on the phone. After over a year working remote, I notice how much Iāve changed in social situations, like itās really zapped a lot of the spark out of my life. I thought working remote would provide me freedom and adventure, but with the current pay, and having to be on the phone constantly to make any sort of decent income, I donāt even really have much flexibility to travel, and if I do, Iām pretty much sitting in a hotel taking calls all day.
NR has been great in some aspects, but Iāll be reverting back to HOM as my main driver here, swapping out NR starting tomorrow. Everytime I take out HOM, my sales have gone to absolute trash, run a loop of HOM and basically tripple what anyone else on the team is doing. Since this is the main vehicle I plan to start building wealth (Sales), I need to narrow my focus and put all my energy into it, and HOM greatly increases my passion for sales, connecting with people in general, etc. When I take it out of my stack I literally generally do not like selling anymore lol.
Going back to the staples that I know improve my ability and that I saw the greatest results sales wise with. HOM, and LE. Absolutley powerhouse combo because of my ability to sell, and have way more output then anyone else. Going to be stacking those Monday/Wednesday to power through the week, and then Friday will be either for WB or LoS, undecided on that for now.
