Need to Cut Fat Insanely Fast

Alright here’s the deal, I’m currently walking around at about…who knows, 20% body fat? Probably not that high, the number isn’t exactly important, it’s more to give you a visual of where I’m currently at.

I have exactly 50 days to get as shredded as possible…because I’m going to be doing a show that’s going to require me to be in my goddamned undies in front of a live audience…

There’s a lesson here about never allowing myself to get out of shape again for the rest of my life. Lesson noted.

This is where I’m at.

So, I need to get as lean as possible in that amount of time…

No sub or stack suggestions. I can’t change subs or my stack because the timeline is WAY too close and it could screw the whole thing up. I’ve also got way too many moving parts in my life to take a gamble like that.

This is just raw, down and dirty, action.

So…what the hell do I do?

Haha.

Obviously I’m not gonna get to 8%, we just need to get as close as possible. That’s literally all that matters atm.

I mean, you can just roll fasts and do keto

Yeah, I guess that’s pretty much the answer, isn’t it?

Here’s what I got:

Phase 1:

14-day fast
4-day calorie restriction
5 day refeed

Took this protocol from a medical journal.

Phase 2 - Final 4 weeks

130-150g protein
rest fat
lot of salt
profit.

Rapid weight loss, include exercising, keeping track of calorie intake, intermittent fasting, and reducing the number of carbohydrates in the diet.

Eating mindfully, tracking your diet and exercise, eating protein with meals (protein can regulate appetite hormones to help you feel full), cutting back on sugar and refined carbohydrates, eating plenty of fiber, balancing gut bacteria, getting a good night’s sleep, manage stress.

I told a friend to workout at night, since the metabolic rate will be higher, you will burn fat throughout the night. Watch-out with the food temptation though.

How many pounds do you need to lose?

If I were you, I’d start with full carnivore first and adapt a bit, then start fasting

You can lose roughly 1-2 pounds per day with each fast. Make sure you walk a lot, lift weights too (but don’t go insane on long fasts). Keep hydrated, use electrolytes

I would guess in the neighborhood of 20lbs of fat. Possibly more. 30lbs hard maximum.

Start with carnivore and eat as much as you want for the first ~10 days, then you can slide into a long fast - start with fat fasting

That’s how I’d do it

I would simply cut carbs in half (or more if you can) and do cardio every other day (literally like just jump-roping for 15 minutes). I did that and turned into a stick, unintentionally of course. And if you do jumprope, keep moving even if you mess up, like keep running in place and continue. Super simple.

Subclub physical shifting works really really well.

I’m not a doctor. Idk if 30 pounds in a month is too much. But I’ve done it. I ended up with really cut abs and growing muscles. Honestly I looked great.

Physical shifting can take a lot of energy so see how it impacts you.

I haven’t run Spartan but it might be what you’re looking for. Good luck. If you do run it let us know how it goes!

Not a doctor just some of the things I do when I really need to cut and quick.

Low carb, or keto even carnivore, consistent workouts, lots of walking and most of all Omad. I also cut my calorie intake

Do Keto/Carnivore or any low carbs diet, lift weights and build muscles (more muscles more calories burned through out the day) and listen to Legacy of The Spartan

it is realistic, just gotta push through the first 3-4 days

Hundreds of millions of Muslims fast 1 month per year in consecutive days.
I would say 16 hours on average. Depending on wether on days length.

16 hours is very different from 14 days

They do 16 hours everyday for a whole month.
And there are 16 years old kids who does that successfully, millions of them. Dry fasting, nothing passes the digestive canal.

Intermittent Fasting
Some people follow the 5:2 diet, which involves fasting for 2 days per week. Others practice alternate-day fasting or the 16/8 method.

The 5:2 diet is an intermittent fasting regime in which calorie intake is limited to 500–600 calories per day two times per week.

Alternate-day fasting, you fast every other day but eat whatever you want on the non-fasting days.

Fasting for short periods can slightly boost your metabolism. However, fasting for long periods may have the opposite effect.

I find this good than keto,

bro 14 days of fasting is 14 days of not eating. Not even at night. 16 hour fast is fine. You can do it for a whole lifetime. 14 days is just not the same degree.

So not eating for 14 straight days, out of the blue?
That is unrealistic
There was a misunderstanding

thank you
