Need to Cut Fat Insanely Fast

Well, it depends on what you are willing to do to achieve it. There’s the IFBB Pro diet, which I wouldn’t recommend nor would I write it down here. There’s your friendly neighborhood crackhead diet, which I would direct you to the IFBB pro instead. Then there’s the extreme caloric deprivation.

Joking aside; its all about calories as you know, Calories in vs Calories out.

If you are willing to take the potential health risk, in terms of lethargy and lack of mental focus and such; a water fast will get you there the farthest, but unless you are able to remain at home for a long period of time, to avoid potential dangers of dehydration, lack of focus, low blood sugar; then I will recommend that you avoid it.

If you are going to take a fast, be it a week long, or as long as you can; then I will suggest ensuring that you supplement with Magnesium, Salt and Pottasium - A proper electrolyte powder is helpful, avoid Gatorade its useless at most. Its also known as Snake Juice.

Note: you will feel like hell.

Instead, do an IF clean, lean, low carb diet – Meat, fish, poultry and salads/locarb vegetables. Ensuring that you have a proper caloric restriction. Keto, IF, OMAD, whatever the hell you want to follow does NOT negate thermodynamics. CALORIES IN < Calories OUT.

You can start with -500 caloric deficit for the first 3 - 7 days. Then push it up until you start feeling like hell, that’s when you know that you’ve entering the danger zone, and should preserve your energies and practice caution.

However, if keto and If or Omad is not your thing. Then drop everything aside and just focus on your calories intake. Nevertheless, ensure adding worthwhile calories and dont just do that cookie diet from that professor. Not all calories are equal. Protein. You don’t just want to look skinny, you still want to look healthy and not deflated.

Get Pysillium husk for your fiber intake and it clears off the intestines, helping you become more energetic and slimmer. If you do not have access, then SENNA LEAF will do fine, it comes as a tea or powder or pills. I think it was called Smooth Move if you are in Canada or The Untied States of Freedom. That’s kinda a cool name lol; no offense :angel:

Get a proper multivitamin to be on the safe side.

Deload style weightlifting will be your friend; that is to say practice lifting less volume. The aim here is to preserve muscle mass and decelerate the muscle atrophy. The goal is not hypertrophy.

Taking a day or two, such as the weekends if you do not work or have outside responsibilities, for a full fast will be a helpful addition.


If you are willing to drop some coins, GLP1 antagonists would make the whole thing insanely easier, as it is apparent now by the stock prices of those Pharmaceutical companies

Stimulants such as Caffeine will be helpful to push through those days when you’re lethargic or just tired. I would suggest pills with theanine, so you have a proper measured dose. Green tea will also work. You can do more research into this area on your own. I’m not an advocate of the stimulants or diet pills, they can cause more harm than necessary.

Simethicone AkA Gas-X, Gas Free, or Free Gas etc… If you suffer from bloating and flatulance dues to gasses, take it on the days leading to your event.

Also, on the final week – Introduce back your calories if you went into the deep end of restriction. You do not want to look unhealthy and a walking zombie stick. Ensure that you take Magnesium and Psylium husk to empty your bowels and thus reduce your belly size.

MELATONIN, or other sleep aid. I suggest low dose melatonin in general; the increase in IGF secretion and restful sleep will be a tremendous aid to your health in general as well as the necessary rebuilding and restructuring of your body.


A physical shifting custom with MDFY NOW will be another aid. LOTS/Paragon Sleep + Fat burning module.

Hey guys, all this is great!

Here’s some context (without too much detail) I was cast in a theatre production as a “hot dude”. So I’m going to be in my underwear on stage in front of a live audience 49 days from now (I fasted yesterday and I’m still fasting as of writing this). That’s my job. It’s literally my job to be as sexy as possible.

I need to get there. Once we get through opening night, I can relax, and continue cutting at a more reasonable pace (maybe even a cheat meal after opening night to reset the metabolism? Does that shit actually work?)

Lean as possible with as much muscle maintained as humanly possible.

It’s brutal, the time line is impossible, but it’s the nature of show business guys. I literally got cast less than a week ago, lol.

I could try and post a before picture…but I would need to be careful with framing because I’m covered in tats lol.

As of right this second, I’m on day 2 of a water fast, and trying to plot out the rest of this cut.

I can only fast for so long, because eventually…well, from what little I know, I think eventually, the benefits of fasting are going to be outweighed by the negatives? I also start rehearsals in a little over a week.

Oh, and to make it all the more fun, I’m starting school in just a few weeks.

I also gotta keep up working full time. But my job is 100% sedentary, so fasting at work is very doable.

Also, I can’t change my stack. Too risky. The only thing I could do is add Wanted black to my stack because it’s how I manifested this role, so I know with certainty that it’s compatible with all the shit that’s unfolding. Once we get through this, I think I’ll run Lots, but for now, it is what it is.

I put a “Fat Burn” main title on the roadmap a year ago. why don’t they make it? it would be alined with the specific goal oriented subs (BDLM is an example). I’m a fan of light but powerful subs with a narrow focus (like inner circle).

My dad talked about this routine callled the “30 30 30”. 30 minutes after you wake up, do 30 minutes of exercise and then have 30 grams of protein.
i like the whole waiting till like noon or 1 to eat, only after i’ve done some exercise tho

Fasting now, any recs for refilling in between fasts? I feel like that’s where I’m most likely to screw it up, over doing it between fasts.

This seems like panic, perfectionism, or both. Or maybe it’s well intended but I think there are better options!

The problem with a 14 day fast is muscle deterioration.

Ultimately, you want the weight loss of fasting but the muscle gain of protein intake… therefore, you go on the carnivore diet.

It gets you into ketosis. Ketosis simulates fasting while still providng some calories.

You get the best of both worlds - you’re getting the health benefits of fasting. You’re not actually fully fasting so it’s long term sustainable.

If you’re interested I’m happy to go deeper into this, but here’s the super-basics of the protocol that my mum was on for YEARS to treat severe Hashimoto’s that wasn’t responding to medication (but was treated through carnivore).

  1. Keep ketogenic ratios. Don’t just go 100% steak. Eat fatty meats, eat animal fat, fuck it you don’t even need to ACTUALLY be carnivore, just be meat-centric, feel free to get extra fat from olive oil and/or butter.

  2. Cheat liberally with mushrooms, onions, garlic, and zucchini. They’re basically calorie free, pack a ton of flavor, and make it easier.

  3. As with regular ketosis, take a “cyclic ketosis” approach, having a tiny bit of fruit/carbs right before bed because fasting and ketones are terrible for sleep.

  4. Long walks flush sugar/glycogen stores out of the liver, where they build up and are extremely difficult to get rid of, so make sure you’re taking plenty of walks in the early stages of any ketosis/fasting… otherwise you’ll just end up being in sugar-burning mode, but without any sugar to burn… this is why people get into the “Keto-Flu”

This is 100% solid you gave me a great idea. I can eat massive scrambles for dinner:

Eggs, zucchini, onion, garlic, mushroom, and spinach with cheese and Guacamole. Heavy on eggs and cheese for protien. Cheap, easy, effect, tastes pretty good too. I can throw some ground beef in there too, maybe. I think beef in particular is good for hormonal regulation and muscle retention. Cooked in a healthy amount of olive oil, naturally.

Hell, maybe I’ll just drink protein throughout the day and have 1 big keto scramble at night. I’m also busy AF so meal prep and variety needs to go the way of the dinosaurs.

Finishing the second day of water fasting, about to head to sleep soon.

Feeling good, but the second day of fasting is always pretty easy. I tend to tank at around day 3-5. I don’t know how long I’m going to fast YET, but until my meal plan is cemented, I’m just gonna fast.

On meal plan note, I think we’re just about there.

I think we can do this…Like, I think this is actually gonna work.

I mean, it’s gotta work, this is my first show in years, so it’s gonna work, damn it.

If you want to reduce weight faster, cut the diary products out.

Emperor Fitness Stage 2 is very good for this goal.

If you’re really desperate, find Cole Robinson aka The Snake Diet Wizard on YT.
It’s basically about fasting and drinking salty water for electrolytes. That’s the easy part.
He also advocates dry fasting. Super effective for loosing weight and healing issues.
BUT he also has (at least had) a video called Death Fasting. It’s about combining dry fasting with sauna to rapidly increase production of metabolic water from fat depot’s.
It’s working.
It might be a bit risky though, if you don’t know what you’re doing.
So be careful and do proper research before even considering it.
