Need Help Creating My First Custom For Porn Addiction and Healing

Hey guys,

I bought a bunch of modules long ago but am now finally going to create my first custom Subliminal. I would love your help making it as effective as it can be for my needs.

My GOALS for the sub are:

  • To be COMPLETELY FREE from any urge to search/watch pornography
  • Heal my brain, body and spirit from decades of porn addiction
  • Heal my sexual health (erectile dysfunction / premature ejaculation)
  • Remove emotional blocks and limits that keep me stagnant, unproductive and unhappy
  • Overcome severe procrastination and become active and productive
  • BONUS: address some thinning hair and improve eyesight

Basically, I want to quit porn and Reboot" so I can create a clean, healthy slate to build the rest of my life on.

MODULES I ALREADY OWN:

A “Rough Draft” for my Custom (observing 2 Core rule).

In addition to the titles I already purchased, I have others that I think would be a good fit for my goals.

There seems to be a lot of redundance. Please advise! Again, my primary goal is to quit Porn forever.

QUESTIONS

  1. I could use some help narrowing down which 2 cores to use in this custom (from researching on the forum I hear 2 is best?) Based on descriptions, they all sounds amazing for the kind of emotional clearing I want. And Paragon sounds perfect to restore my body to good health. Which ones are best suited for Porn Addiction recovery? Or is there another core out there that would be good?

  1. Are the physical shifting subs for hair/eyes out of place? I consider these as part of my healing journey but don’t want the “throw everything in a blender” effect with this sub. I just want it to knock me on my ass and create REAL change.

  2. I’m kind of struggling to understand exactly which Healing modules to include because there are many and the descriptions have overlap. Some also seem to overlap the core modules I’m looking at.

  3. I couldn’t find a page on the forum that details the differences between Zero Point standard vs ZP Terminus vs ZP Terminus Squared. If someone can link to that info or explain, I’d be grateful.

  4. Is going over 10 titles too much? What’s an ideal number of total titles including the 2 cores? I only care about effectiveness.

  5. Long time users, please talk to me about the “enchancers” (DEUS – Omnidimensional – Pragya)? I don’t want to take up valuable real estate in the custom subliminal stack with redundant modules but I would like to supercharge this custom any way I can. Would adding all of these be overkill? Which one of these (or other titles I’m not aware of) would help my custom be more effective for me?

I searched the forum for posts about similar customs, but I’m sure I missed some. Any insights, suggestions and guidance on how to assemble my custom would be greatly appreciated.

Where is Khan Black at? Check out that major title before crafting up a custom, imo.

Dragon Reborn Limit Destroyer (or Multistage - Stage 1) + KB Stage 1 might do very well with that too.

WAIT! Stop! Sure you want to have other goals. I’m going to encourage you to consider focusing on more closely related goals, such as emotionally healing. While Paragon Complete Core might be wise, I’m wondering if it might not fully help as much as something like Regeneration.

Now if you do want physical healing, you could run the Paragon from the main shop, OR create another physical healing custom.

I think that overall your selection is amazing!

At the risk of sounding a bit crass, I would encourage you to use the standard because Terminus and Terminus Squared are more experimental, which could mean you might get your custom and nothing much happens for you.

Overall, I think what you have here is well thought through and should be effective. Going over 10 might be fine, or even better considering what you are wanting to achieve. Two cores can work. So can one.

Again, I think overall your build is spot on.

I think the main focus for such an objective as people have discussed as per my memory is to focus on getting away from the porn, and healing emotionally. Your desire for improving your physical health by exercising I think is also relevant and perhaps will help with procrastination.

Rationale: ONE main healing core to focus on rather than the two you had (DR: LD, and Paragon). I’m concerned those two cores you had before might be draining. Remember, Dragon Reborn is a product line. If it’s in the Dragon Reborn series, there might be a reason, as in a “kick your ass into next week reason”. I might encourage you to consider starting with Regeneration or Sanguine: The Elixir.

Have you done other SC healing titles before?

The rest of the above list is going to look familiar because I didn’t change much :grin: because you are aiming these modules right at the symptoms of long term porn use.

What about Carpe Diem Ascended or Joie de Vivre?

I removed the ones for eyesight and hair because they are likely not directly related to your main objective. Whereas, I think emotional healing is related to this. After all, what might be the cause of porn usage? Could it be something emotional?

Also perhaps at some point Quantum Limitless, especially stage 1.

In the future, maybe Alchemist or Sage Immortal.

Diamond might be another to consider in the future.

*Now having said all that, even though I included Final Showdown, please read the description carefully. I think this is recommended to run AFTER you’ve already done a healing subliminal. Ambitious, but this may be difficult.

Wow @RVconsultant , thank you SO much for taking the time to weed thorough my long post and make detailed suggestions for my custom!

I have a new list of Cores and Modules based on your recommendations. Most notably, I excluded the physical shifting titles altogether and decided to save Dragon Reborn: LD for another time.

I also had to think about “Final Showdown” and reread the description a few times. In the end, I decided to go for it and include it in this custom.

I’m also going to go with standard ZP. No Terminus etc.

Yes, looking at my orders page, I see that I bought “Limitless Executive: Maximize Your Learning and Productivity” back in 2022.

I don’t remember much about it for some reason. If it blew my mind, I would’ve remembered and if it disappointed, I also would’ve remembered.

Here is an alternative idea for your consideration:

You probably don’t need a full custom for this issue. Let’s think how this might be addressed if you didn’t know about subliminals in the first place.

In my experience, porn addiction boils down to the idea of having trained your mind to associate sexual release with porn. It gives you the comfortable illusion of having procreated even though you have not. The healthy way would have been to either find a partner to have sex with(which is less draining due to energy exchange) or to have meaning/purpose in life, especially when it involves creativity. Creative pursuits and dreaming both make use of sexual energy, I’ve found.

When I had a girlfriend, I hardly thought of porn because I found a better release. Whenever I was engrossed in some project of mine which had a creative element, I didn’t think of porn.

When I relapsed after I broke up with my gf, years later, I had this idea of running Khan Black and it did work, especially because I followed it up with the first two stages of Dragon Reborn Red. They’re both really good at dealing with this self-conditioning. However, I’d urge you to consider that it might not necessarily be an isolated issue that gets treated with a particular sub, but rather could be more complex and extend to how you organize your life.

The reason why Dragon Reborn seems to work so well is because it targets multiple possible fears and traumas, and initially it is hard to know which combination of inner blockages and the like might be most “responsible” for the addiction.

But setting your life right, both inner(healthy relationship towards the feminine and going through a dopamine detox) and outer(engaging in creative pursuit of your life purpose), is probably the biggest step you can take. Really make sure that you’ve thought deeply about what you want in life and how to go about getting there, and you’ll be surprised how many of these issues become non-issues.

Regarding erectile dysfunction, you need to find out what its root cause is. Most likely it is not age-related, but rather the outcome of the combined havoc that densensitivization through porn over many years and the “death grip” in masturbation wreaks on your sexual life. If you disengage from using your “deathgrip” and sensitivize yourself to the point that the smallest display of eroticism gives you a boner(which you get from gradually lessening your exposure to hardcore porn and incessant fapping), you’ll likely cure it but that will take months, naturally. A method of transition is to use a fleshlight that is not overly stimulating. It’ll get you to stop using your hands and get you closer to the real thing. Can also be used for stamina to help you with premature ejaculation.

Very astute point here.

This is such a smart and true observation. Ideally, the subliminal will act as an accelerant to my fixing the disarray in my life – which ironically is both caused by porn use and is causing more porn use.

Regarding the erectile dysfunction, you’re right that it’s not age-related; exposure to my preferred porn niches, leads to erectile response - but nothing else does.

And it’s not death grip in my cause, either. It’s a long term brain abuse thing which leads to ultra sensitivity and quick ‘finishes’. Urgg, this sucks to even write about.

I actually bought a Fleshlight over a decade ago with the intention of gradually desensitizing, but only used it once. It was so unbelievably stimulating, I couldn’t do anything with it. But, I’m willing to take it out of the box and work with it again at some point.

Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer. I hear about it a lot and wanted to include it in this custom. But wanted to create something much more focused on porn addiction. I do want to go through the Dragon clearing process but not sure if I want to use it as a standalone first.

How long did you use DR? And what were your results/breakthroughs?

Perhaps as an alternative, listen to Genesis: The Art of Happiness and Joy. I’m presenting these as possibilities because it might be nice to have something to balance out the subconscious work that will be happening.

Whatever you decide, I would encourage you to think about waiting a day or two before ordering. Think and think. Make sure this is what you want. Remember customs are not refunded, and entering a support ticket saying you want to change something, well, that might not happen so good.

Also, I’m taking your advice to wait for a bit before ordering, step away, then come back and look at my stack again.

Khan Black ST1 is made for healing porn addiction and all it’s consequences.

If that’s not in your custom you’re wasting your time.

THIS is important - porn addiction is oftentimes not even sexual, it’s procrastination/dopamine and lack of action overall.

Something like Emperor would change the root habits that are responsible for the porn in the first place… if you want to be

Emperor also has premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction scripting, productivity, and some light physical shifting that might improve hair, but would definitely improve body/physique overall.

Again, Emperor is literally the foundation for action and success.

The modules you have will be icing on the cake but KBST1 is much more direct towards quitting porn than DR:LD and Paragon. Paragon is pretty unrelated to this stack…

Please keep in mind that there are likely a number of ways to get to your goal.

KB might be a good idea BUT it might be an advanced title. Please check on this.

If it is advanced, how long have you been using SC products and what all have you used?

I bought “Limitless Executive: Maximize Your Learning and Productivity” back in 2022. But don’t remember much about how that went.

Does this mean KBST1 is too advanced to include as a core in my first custom?

I’m not wanting to burst your bubble. I’m wanting you to think and orient, which you’re doing well and I know because I read your custom items and how they were aligned with your objective.

Reading the product description is important, and the most detail is at the main shop.

When you read the product description page for Khan Black at the main shop, what did you notice about it being advanced or artisanal? (This is to help you better orient to how to decide which modules to use.)
