I thought I’d start making full use of Minds Eye and actually do some visualisation exercises
It is just some guided recordings but have done them last two days
So far it’s interesting

Another bit of praise for The Feedback Loop, really underrated module. It’s that reinforcing feeling you get which is blending really well with Mind’s Eye
This letting go of things I have no control over is becoming more obvious now, it must be Regeneration
I have this question in my head of whether to increase loop length or not… Something is telling me to get as much possible from this length

I’m dropping Minds Eye and Gemini
I’m planning what direction I want to go for and it keeps landing on Emperor
I’m noticing as well the healing coming from Libra is clashing with Gemini which is more outward focused with its auras and manifestations
I’ve gotten what I’ve wanted from them anyway for the time being
Things gained from this cycle:
noticed I can now touch type which must be because of the raikov module from minds eye
im less interested in porn and sex as if I’m less needy for it
I’m closer to my girlfriend
I’m less anxious in general when socialising, I like Stonelike for this
Clearer skin
Much much leaner as I’ve been on a heavy calorie deficit
Sharper wit and humour
More energy from the energy modules

Yep I was right
The outward facing auras of my Wanted custom were clashing with Libra
I had the first chance to experience regeneration today
One word to describe it is… chill
I feel quite relaxed
Girlfriend remarked I looked different today
But I think that’s regenerations peaceful aura coming off

Going to keep Mind’s Eye for a bit actually. I want to see what it does when I actually do visualisation exercises
Early impressions are good. I notice on my listening days my visualisations are way more positive
And there is this feeling coming away from them that they will happen so I’m happy for that

I can feel my consciousness wrestling with my subconscious to keep this feeling going
I think Gemini and Libra were cashing because I’m not feeling the clash of identities going
This one is making me feel more inward

Around 3 minute mark is definitely feeling better for me in terms of results
The time from listening to execution and noticeable results is much faster
It is like a compounding effect. I think I’m getting these ideas from The Feedback Loop. I feel like that module is sprinkling ideas into my mind to get the more compounding effect of results
That is my thought anyway
Washout Day 2, 18/12/2025
I’ll just take a washout and let everything execute
I want to rotate a title in so this will be the best time to do so
Have much of this weekend to myself so it should let me handle any reconciliation that shoots up but I don’t get a feeling it will
Mind’s Eye is an interesting one. It’s not like I can suddenly visualise movie clear images in my head. They aren’t. It’s more my mind takes on an interpretation of what I am trying to visualise
You can imagine some of them turn into something like a Picasso painting
I come away from the visualisation exercise with a belief it will happen though
So, I think this is where that sense of self-belief is targeted to do

Reflected today how much growth I’ve had this past year…
Feels like it’s been much longer
Imagining what I can do after another year now that I have a clear idea of my goals to achieve

Bought Emperor the Executive to give it a spin
I was going to delay it till tomorrow but there is more things I can take action on today
Too soon to give an initial impression but if I was to guess, I’m sort of building a checklist in my head of what to do
Then there is a feeling of like let’s go do it
If this is going to be as good as I think it is, it will be a killer title
Noticed for me that my eventual dips in focus and getting shit done throughout the day is my bottleneck
So, let’s see what happens
Surprised but at the same time I’m not surprised by how much I’ve got done today
There’s a distinct reduction in mental fatigue I’d get about now. Usually from caffeine or concentration
Also, noticing the reduced friction in getting started on task and then finishing it
It would sort of be like “Oh I should do that” and then end up doing it
Emperor Executive is pretty good at 30s might keep it at this length for a little bit as a nice booster but we shall see. Not sure what the benefit is yet of increasing length on this title specifically

Custom had arrived so let us begin Leo with Emperor in it
I’m excited for this as I think I align with Emperor quite a bit
I may need to redo it to include Minds eye as I want to do Emperor the Executive
Reminiscing on that 30s loop of Emperor the Executive and it’s pretty bonkers how focused I was and how much I got done in a day

The way I would describe Regeneration at the moment is being aware of this big ball of anxiety in your body
And finding ways to soothe it
I am finding myself focusing more on my breathing throughout the day as well as taking deeper and more lung filled breaths
Also, I am glad I added Emperor to the stack. Something about it feels right for this period of my life

Firstly the good
I’ve been noticing how much Synergy: Beyond Connection has been shining through recently
My communication and relating to people in conversations has been off the charts
This was going well till reconciliation hit me last night and I became aware again of things that have been bothering me for a while
Some issues I thought I’d resolved came up again
It’s making me think Regeneration is digging deep
