Surprised but at the same time I’m not surprised by how much I’ve got done today

There’s a distinct reduction in mental fatigue I’d get about now. Usually from caffeine or concentration

Also, noticing the reduced friction in getting started on task and then finishing it

It would sort of be like “Oh I should do that” and then end up doing it

Emperor Executive is pretty good at 30s might keep it at this length for a little bit as a nice booster but we shall see. Not sure what the benefit is yet of increasing length on this title specifically

Custom had arrived so let us begin Leo with Emperor in it

I’m excited for this as I think I align with Emperor quite a bit

I may need to redo it to include Minds eye as I want to do Emperor the Executive

Reminiscing on that 30s loop of Emperor the Executive and it’s pretty bonkers how focused I was and how much I got done in a day

Almost like a super power

Anyway let us see how this cycle goes

The way I would describe Regeneration at the moment is being aware of this big ball of anxiety in your body

And finding ways to soothe it

I am finding myself focusing more on my breathing throughout the day as well as taking deeper and more lung filled breaths

Also, I am glad I added Emperor to the stack. Something about it feels right for this period of my life

Firstly the good

I’ve been noticing how much Synergy: Beyond Connection has been shining through recently

My communication and relating to people in conversations has been off the charts

This was going well till reconciliation hit me last night and I became aware again of things that have been bothering me for a while

Some issues I thought I’d resolved came up again

It’s making me think Regeneration is digging deep

Im having a dilemma

I want to build my third custom Capricorn and I have a feeling I should put Raikov in it

But I want to keep the momentum going with Minds Eye :thinking:

Do I trust what I feel is my intuition or go for the logic

Cycle day 10, 30/12/2025 - Rest

I started noticing the difference Emperor brings

It feels like to me like a slight variation of Wanted Black

There is a smoothness to it but without all the auras that are in Wanted Black

Slower body language, calm demeanour.

The difference between New Wanted and Emperor with RotNW is there is an obvious jump in horniness with Emperor

New Wanted I felt like I was quite indifferent. With Emperor it feels much more of a need to be satisfied

I’m enjoying it so far. It feels familiar to me. A nice solidity building up as Regeneration and Love Bomb tear down obstacles in my subconcious

In other news I will probably opt for Raikov instead of Minds Eye in my next custom

I didn’t realise I was now in my fourth cycle with Minds Eye

I noticed in this cycle that the visualisations in my head have started to become sharper

Imagine images becoming sharper and clearer the more you run this title is how I’d describe it

I’ve noticed the memory effect is developing too because I can pull up some images in my mind of previous things I’ve seen like photos

Okay, so there is this cool thing I’ve noticed where when you run a module or title for a while and then drop it

You sort of have a boosted awareness of what it was doing

I’ve been thinking about Void of Creation lately which is now missing from my stack

It is an advanced module but I would say I have an intuitive feel for what modules and titles do. So, this will be my interpretation of it

For me, it feels like when I see a black space in my mind. In that black space I see outcomes of a scenario I see

Example, company not doing well. Do I keep my role or become redundant?

Two different outcomes

It’s like sort of plucking a glowing pin from the outcome you do not want to the outcome you do want

And then in a way your subconcious starts to rotate and align your reality to make that outcome happen. What I mean is that you will start to look for ways even more to make that happen (actions)

Caveat is that you must believe that outcome you want will be able to happen

This is why something like Mind’s Eye I can see working so well with it. Mind’s Eye seems to boost the self belief that things you want in your life will happen

I’m definitely thinking this is Void of Creation because that way of thinking has seemed to have faded since I dropped my Gemini custom which contained it

Might be a little off in my description of it but this is what I noticed :thinking:

Been wondering why I’ve been having flashes of irritability last few days

Realised it’s emperor making me take note of things I would have let slide before

My sex drive has ramped up this cycle which is a bit uncomfortable so might need to remove RotNW

I didn’t have this issue when it was running with Wanted so either it’s me getting used to Emperor or Wanted just does a really good job at making you less needy for sex

Other than that it’s a good stack. It feels like tempered steel being forged from the cleansing Regeneration is doing

I got this too.

The insight & clarity I get from the contrast of when a sub is in the stack & when it’s not is usually very beneficial, that I decided to include a long break once every few cycles.

Cycle day 14, 03/01/2025 - Rest

Sometimes the recon can hit hard, deep and painful

You might not have changed anything in your stack but the subliminals will dig in and find something you might have been ignoring or pushing to the side

Mainly because you don’t want to really face it or because you want to live in idle bliss in ignorance and try to pretend it’s no big deal

I had recon like that last night where it was straight to my core

Was it beyond uncomfortable? Yes

I think this is emperor

I get the feeling to wear the mantle of emperor you must have a showdown with everything you may have been repressing so that you may ascend into the path of greatness

Sadness, anger, hopelessness were what I was feeling

I don’t think it is all been dug up but man is it a liberating feeling to hold the line, let that all wash over you and still survive through to the other side

I feel reforged like metal when I do. Stronger every time

This is what I feel like the path to greatness is

Strength through iron

I notice as I say this it reminds me of emperors copy about resilience

How cool is that

Like Mind’s Eye there is always a recurring thought that appears to be happening when I am running Emperor

In Mind’s Eye it was the rising self belief in myself that what I want would happen

For Emperor the feeling is “Sovereign”

Not sure if that word is in the copy or not or maybe I got it from Claude when I was asking it to describe Emperor to me

Regardless, the word let’s you slip into the feeling of Emperor

I think that’s important. To be able to feel and imagine the “Archetype” of the subliminal you are running

It let’s you slip into the character and reinforce the ideas and behaviours the subliminals are introducing

Therefore noticing the changes happening day by day

With Emperor I am noticing my demeanour being calmer. My eye contact being stronger. My body language being slower

It feels like iterations happening though

Best way I would describe it is from the description in Subconcious Flow

Cycle day 16, 05/01/2025 - Rest

Should have said yesterday I dropped Mind’s Eye to rotate in my new custom coming in Capricorn with Emperor Executive and Limitless: Raikov

Two thing I’ve noticed that I was thinking about today:

  1. Just a little over 3 cycles seems to give you a very good idea of how a title will impact your life and if you need to continue it. If I continued with Mind’s Eye I’d assume my visualisations would be at an absolute level of excellence.
    I’d say I got to about ~60-70% power of the titles features
    Further running would have resulted in mastery I think
  2. Just sticking to ~1 minute on my custom is still able to produce excellent results and changes. I’ll need to come back to this idea at some point

In other news, I’m really wanting to run Quantum Limitless but need to figure out a way to structure that into my stack :thinking:

I’ve been noticing I’m paying more attention on reducing my dopamine seeking behaviour like scrolling through social media

In turn my productivity has shot up

My mind has started to shift towards a more business minded focus. Looking for ideas and inspiration

Letting my intuition guide me on this. It’s gotten pretty sharp since my run on Mind’s Eye

Letting intuitions and nudges fall into my lap

Cycle day 20, 09/01/2025 - Rest

I’ve been noticing my modules more and more recently. Deep Sleep obviously has had a good job of improving sleep quality

I’m noticing this on my Oura ring

Today though I feel tired for some reason. More like a body tired. Have had to take it easy today and listen to what’s coming up in my body. Notice this happens on Regeneration sometimes

I get a feeling it will pass by tomorrow

Cycle day 21, 10/01/2025 - Leo 2.00, Libra 3.30

Last day of this cycle before the five day washout

I’m noticing the effects subtly starting to build up, especially Regeneration

There is less overall mental chatter going on in my head. It’s overall dropped by 80%

What’s interesting about Regeneration is for me it makes me focus on my breathing a lot

I’ve noticed I take a lot deeper and longer inhales and exhales. Whilst holding the breath for an extended time too

It just happens naturally when I am having quiet moments to myself. It feels like a way to sooth my internal nervous system

The ball of anxious energy that would be in my core has weakened quite a bit as well

This is now coming to the end of my second cycle with Regen, so quite a bit to go still

Washout day 1, 11/01/2025

Looking forward to my next cycle which starts in 4 days

Have been thinking about Raikov lately and the power of it

When you’re consuming a lot of courses, I imagine Raikov will let you tap into and embody the mindset of the teacher

Pretty cool

Will see how it goes but I am optimistic about it
