I noticed my mood being better than normal and I thought it was a combination of Joie de Vivre and Synergy: Primordial Aura.

I’ve run Synergy: Primordial Aura before in a custom with Primal Nights and Primal Romance. I noticed I was always in a good mood on listening days. It was a very distinct uplift of mood while I’d be listening

But no, this custom feels different. And I remembered I put in the Anti-recon module. Going to see how it plays out for the next few days to see how well it works

So, I was going to see how Sanguine would fit into my stack as I have a little anxiety that imo is stopping me fully expressing the sub

This cycle has felt distinctly different in that I seem to be able to listen to more whilst still keeping my cognition high and recon pretty low

I’m thinking it’s the anti-recon as well as Pragya which makes the listening experience smoother

Noticing the way I’m posting my journal entries is different too. The words seem more cognitive, so I am guessing that is Mind’s Eye

Physical shifting is accelerating with the visualisation. I just sort of hold the visual of how I imagine my physique to look

Results are more tapered body, muscles looking bigger, fat loss

Pretty in line with the experience I’ve been having on titles and modules

And what I’ve been seeing from others on the forum who run titles for over 9 months etc.

Actually wondering if the above was because of Mind’s Eye…

Really seem to be zooming in on ways to solve my issues at the moment

Anyway, results:

  • I am actually getting minimal recon at the moment
  • I’ve been focusing on visualising making my skin clear and jaw line narrower
    • Girlfriend randomly commented yesterday how clear my skin was getting and how my jaw looks narrower (she has no idea I was focusing on these things)
    • Actually noticing some soreness happening in that area as if it is shifting
  • Women are manifesting in random situations where they are choosing to sit next to me or giving obvious IOI’s
    • Still getting anxiety in social situations which doesn’t let me express Wanted as much as I would love
  • Emotional control is definitely increasing leaps and bounds. Not sure what’s causing this

Woke up early today and was eager to work on something. So, working on an AI course.

Not had this motivation to learn in while (thank you Mind’s Eye)

Also asked Claude further questions and it slapped me in the face with a reality check

Not much to report in terms of results aside form bizarre dreams last two days

Full loops, with both titles. I have come a long way

I’ve been noticing recently how much emotional control I’ve had recently

Compared to the past few months where there’d be occasions of irritation that would loop for a little while and not go away easily

Meant arguments with my girlfriend

But recently, I feel… Chill…

I was tempted to run Regeneration as I have an event next weekend and I wanted to lessen my social anxiety

But discipline tells me its not worth diluting the stack just now

Onwards…

Edit, as soon as I posted this I realised these are the only things holding me back right now in life. So, I’ll probably focus on this :partying_face::

Cycle Day 18, 25/10/25 - Rest

  • Cognition is improving
  • Focus is improving
  • Inner voice is getting better
  • Dream recall is better
  • Feeling things, thoughts, insights coming from dreams
  • Gratitude is way up
  • Anxiety is decreasing
  • Noticing I’m enjoying conversations more and keeping them flowing
  • Memory is increasing
  • Had a dream that reflected the memory palace idea from Mind’s Eye
  • More emotionally controlled, less worried

The only negative I can think of is that I have to figure out how to do two 15 minute loops tomorrow as I am out tomorrow

Noticing things are being worked on. So, I’m wondering if I should just carry on with this stack next cycle too

Now my mind is aware of the anxiety and shame I carry its beginning to focus on it

I think its interesting to see how much I’ve been changing but now that I am aware of something that needs to be worked on it brings up irritation and annoyance in me that thing isn’t solved yet

I can tell these two things are a major block for me to truly reach the levels I am shooting for and express these subs to the fullest

I don’t know if this resonates with anyone else? You can change so rapidly and have loads of positive changes happening but your mind seems to find that negative to focus on

It’s like “alright, enough celebrations. work on this next”

Hmm…

Going to think and mediate on this for a little bit
