Day 44
Took a really long rest period. Will be back on track from tonight.
2 days after I stopped, I started getting some clear mood shifts and feelings.
It was not all positive, there were some huge negative stuff as well, with anger, scary, frustration on different past issues and what might happen in future (possibilities of me not living the life I want)
But things have been stable since yesterday and today.
Also, the productivity came back in the last two days.
Now I am back on usual patterns and looking into possibly the final 2 weeks on stage 2.
