MindShift Chronicles

@Parsifal said to me a few days ago, “Why don’t you write in the forum? If you want a costum at some point, it will be expensive. If you write in every day, then you can save yourself money.”
That wasn’t the exact wording, but in context he said it to me .

I’m tired, so fucking tired . I currently have the feeling that I was overtired at some point and I have not recovered from it yet . On the other hand, healing and transformation work can make you enormously tired. So at least me.
And I have experienced a tremendous amount of transformation and healing over the past few weeks and months.

Lichtenauer said that I have blossomed, radiated more joie de vivre and seemed more serene. I also noticed something, but not as crass as my fiancé. This only benefits him, because apart from more ease, my libido has also come back and has to say that I like it very much .

For several weeks now, I have been practicing shadow work intensively. I write down everything that burdens, inhibits or makes me happy. I also started to do sports. Cycling on a home trainer. Outside, that would clearly be too cold for me and I don’t want to enter the threshold of the front door as a living icicle when I’m done.
Besides, I’m so out of practice that I could possibly tip over while standing

I must honestly say that I was really skeptical about whether subs could help me find myself and my inner strength again, but it seems to work very well. That’s why I would like to say a big thank you to @Fire and @SaintSovereign for founding Subclub :slightly_smiling_face:‍↔.

I’m curious to see where the journey will go.

I also have a question. Who is also feeling that he is constantly tired? What are you doing about it? Did you have anything to help you so I don’t want to sleep 24/7? Or should I just accept it because my body and soul are regenerating and this is completely normal? December, or. winter, is known to be the time of rest and contemplation.

Lower your exposure, this could help.

How exactly do you think I should do it? Do you have any specific tips for me?

It depends, there is no general rule for everyone. For example, if you are tired all the time from let’s say full 15 minutes, try 11 minutes. Every day of listening try lower time until you are not tired anymore or at least not that much. So in the end, your sweet spot can be 7 or 5 minutes.

@CurlyGirl you look very beautiful btw. Good luck with your leveling on this forum. I recommend spamming the music thread and movie thread

Thanks for the compliment . I am very excited to see what will happen to me on my journey.
The music thread is very interesting :star_struck:.

I’m always looking for good music that moves me, makes me think, makes me feel good or makes me cry so that all the accumulated feelings can discharge.

So thank you for that :sunglasses:.

I’ve already found a song and packed it right into my Shadow Work Playlist :relieved:

I mean as in, post there random songs as much as possible. Thats how I leveled up my other account in like a month or so
