Million Dollar Luther šŸ¤‘

ā€œresident specialistā€ hahaha

Congruence is just a word, I don’t own it. I don’t really know jack shit if I’m keeping it real with you. Half of what I type on here is just rambling. I have my moments every now and then like everyone else but that’s about it.

You may get better suggestions/advice from someone else.

In terms of the best next move for you, it is difficult for me to say. Running 1 year of DR is some heavy subconscious alchemy… I would say to trust yourself and find what you gravitate towards.

Yes lol

Today I mixed whey protein (extreme milk chocolate) with spirulina (3g).

This is way better than spirulina + water, lol like in every way.

Spirulina + water foams which is annoying but the whey protein inhibits the foaming.

Also, whey protein is not very good for your gut health but spirulina is very good for gut health, lol. Cancels each other out (maybe?) hahahaha

I have spirulina tablets. Easy to take with a glass of water.

How many tablets lol,

I personally take 3-6g spirulina a day. 3g a day minimum

Mine are 500mg each. And I took two today.

Having a lot of sex no doubt raises testosterone. You can literally feel it, during lol.

I’m lost lol

The post was extremely congruent.

One ā€œI don’t knowā€ from a wise person is often worth more than 10 books from a fool.

Resistance-training, sex, restful sleep - these all boost testosterone.

Cortisol and testosterone have an inverse relationship, so you want to lower your stress. Meditation, nature walks, etc help with that.

The rest is diet I think.

Diet:

Stay away from estrogenic crap like alcohol.
Consuming too little calories will lower testosterone.

The rest is pretty straightforward, you just eat a lot of dense nutritious foods, like meat, fish, eggs, beans, nuts, veggies, etc. I make a lot of stews. Keep it well-rounded and diverse but I’m consistent with the ROI of nutrition. No empty calories and low-tier nutrition. Everyone responds differently to different foods, just have to figure what works best for you.

Now I’m in optimization mode:

What specifically can I focus on in my diet to maximize testosterone? What is worth considering adding? What has highest ROI? Food, beverages, cooking techniques, oils, supplements, etc.

I really don’t want to add any more supplements, lol.

Back to science mode.

Oysters are rich in zinc. Salmon for fatty acid and vitamin D. Avocado has good fats.

Sorghum - non gluten cereal

Maybe goat or sheep yogurt.
Honey.
Purple potatoes.
Sweet potatoes.
Arugula - high in nitric oxide. Beets the same.
