For example, I intentionally schedule certain tittles—like Diamond and LoTs—to be enjoyed only rarely. I do this deliberately because I don’t want to become overly fixated on ‘bedroom time’ or let it dominate my routine.

Although my time is limited, I’ve managed to incorporate a few light stretching exercises here and there. It’s not a full workout, but it helps maintain some physical flexibility and awareness. On some days, I even go out of my way to park my car far from work—on purpose—just to force myself to walk a longer distance. It’s a small but effective way to keep my body moving despite my tight schedule.

During the weekdays, free time is almost non-existent. I’m often caught up with multiple commitments, especially with the community centers my family is involved in. People frequently ask for my time, and while I enjoy being of service, it leaves very little room for personal downtime. Still, I’m trying to stay intentional about my habits—balancing physical activity, rest, and mental discipline—even within a packed routine.

Stretching and traction devices

Jelqing

A manual stretching exercise that some believe can increase size. Scientific evidence is limited, and it may cause injury if not done correctly - this is the method I’m doing and it absolutely works.

Kegel exercises can be done almost anywhere — while sitting at your desk, watching television, or even standing in line. However, if you’re just starting out, it’s often easiest to practice them in a comfortable, supported position. Begin by sitting upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported. You may also find it helpful to try Kegel exercises while lying on your back with your knees bent, or lying on your side if that feels more comfortable. These positions allow you to better focus on engaging the correct muscles without added strain.

How to Perform a Kegel Exercise:

  1. Engage your pelvic floor muscles.
    To identify these muscles, imagine you’re trying to stop the flow of urine midstream — those are the muscles you want to strengthen. Once you’ve located them, contract (squeeze) the muscles for about five seconds.
    As you hold the contraction, try counting out loud or breathing steadily to avoid holding your breath, which can cause unnecessary tension.
  2. Relax and rest.
    After holding for five seconds, gently release the muscles and relax for another five seconds. This rest period is just as important as the contraction, as it allows your muscles to recover.
  3. Repeat the cycle.
    Aim for 10 repetitions per session. Over the course of the day, try to complete three sessions — morning, afternoon, and evening. Consistency is key, but listen to your body; if your muscles feel tired, it’s okay to stop and rest.
  4. Progress gradually.
    As your pelvic floor becomes stronger, try to increase the length of each contraction and relaxation period to 10 seconds each. You can also perform Kegels in different positions — such as standing or walking — once you feel more confident and in control.

With regular practice, Kegel exercises can help strengthen the pelvic floor, improve bladder control, and enhance core stability. The best part is their flexibility — you can discreetly incorporate them into your daily routine, anytime and anywhere.

The “butterfly kegel” exercise is not a single standard exercise, but rather a combination of the butterfly stretch and kegel exercises to target the pelvic floor muscles. It is performed by lying on your back with the soles of your feet together and knees bent, and then incorporating either a flutter movement with the knees, or by performing kegel contractions while holding the stretch. The goal is to help relax tight inner thighs and pelvic floor muscles, which can strengthen and improve the function of the pelvic floor.

  • Avoiding Smoking and Excessive Drinking: Both smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can reduce circulation and impair erectile function. I am non smoker.
  • Limit Caffeine: While caffeine may give you a temporary energy boost, too much can contribute to anxiety or dehydration, which can have negative effects. Alright I did that.

Overall Health

  • Exercise: Regular physical activity improves blood circulation, which is crucial for erectile function. Cardiovascular exercises like walking, running, cycling, or swimming are particularly beneficial.
  • Diet: A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains supports overall vascular health. Foods high in antioxidants (like berries) and those with healthy fats (like fish, nuts, and olive oil) can help improve circulation.

  2. Short, intense contractions:
  • Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles hard for 5 seconds, then release for 5 seconds.
  • Repeat 10 times per set.
  1. Frequency over quantity:
  • 2–3 sets per day is enough.
  • Perfect form and full engagement matter more than doing hundreds of weak reps.
  1. Consistency matters more than duration:
  • Focus on making it part of your daily routine—after brushing teeth, before bed, or during breaks—rather than long sessions once in a while.

Summary: Just 5–10 strong, precise contractions, done consistently every day, will give you most of the results. Don’t waste energy on hundreds of half-hearted reps.
