I lost interest doing journal on this one after I got what I wanted. But I decided to post it because I want to reference this on the future.

This is the only title I had before with a very specific goal, to fix my erectile dysfunction problem.

I have two big brothers and they used to make fun of me because I had a size of a toothpick (exaggerated); I measured my p*nis thinking I could brag my size to theirs. It’s about 5.2 inches. That gives me a motivation to grow it bigger and longer.

I research on how to enlarged the p*nis all the way to college and applying what I learn on the process. I am only conscious about the length but not the size at that time but I have no other problems with it. I was sexually attractive, naughty and wild. Several years passed I developed an erectile dysfunction; I had a hardness condition. I started to find ways desperately to fix the problem, I read books on the matter, tried counseling, and drugs. I tried herbal, prescription drugs and drugs that gave me a headache works and the one that does not are useless.

The doctor/s had told me that it usually occurs when your older (grandpa is very old how come he didn’t had that problem) but I had it only in my 20. Well, most people are hooked on prescription drug so why do I care. Every sexual encounter I have has to be planned, no quickie otherwise it will result to a humiliation.

When I purchased Diamond, I listened to it desperately (I am anxious, stress, I am not at ease) and I did not get what I wanted on the first place. I remember reading this line to myself, “… listen to it one or two hours before laid…” but nothing ever happens but I keep on listening to it anyway.

With enough hardness, I would bend a certain angle (enough to give a little resistance) at the base, then at the middle, and finally at the top. I do a left and a right-hand side. I will also do a tug, using the left-hand I grab the base of my member then tug it to the left then do it on my right-hand side.
** But I got so lazy and maybe I did this for only less than three weeks.

Results | Five months
At college I remember having a measurement of 5.8 inches using a metal construction tape (not recommended as it will snap and hurt your member, as I did) now with Diamond and doing the exercise I had almost 6.8 inches with a girth of 5.8 inches using a tailor’s tape measure (I am not sure Diamond can help with the length, I think LoTs will help a lot).

I was very confident of what I gained.
I did meet my therapist at the airport when I was having my Christmas vacation and he told me that he will give me a discount, but I simply smile at him. I can remember an old joke saying, “If a doctor persists, please consult your symptoms”. This was December of 2023 - quite late post.

My main goal was to fix my hardness problem in which Diamond did just that, but I have this develop-interest to make mine to a full 8 inch. When I got Legacy of the Spartans (LotS), I combine my meditation with affirmation and visualization into it. Abstain (Refrain) from Sex for a while. I have one per week instead of three times per week. But this is not possible with Emperor or Khan, I always get overwhelmed with sex.

This is part of my late post.

I revisit the art of Kegel exercise to work out my pelvic muscle.

To supplement Diamond and Legacy of Spartan and strengthen my member.

The holding and stop the urination is dangerous exercise, it may result to an unpleasant outcome. I did tried jelqing but I had stronger hands and I had lots of injuries.

In the course of fixing my problem I had a temptation to take the stupid medicine I had, and I had actually purchase those medicine just in case - the worries is still on me.

I did purchase a exercise little tool to help me with Kegel and it was very effective.

I have read this somewhere about the secret about erection and arousal.

Getting into climax has two things, erection and arousal.

But we can get an erection minus arousal thus prolonging the time spend in bed.

If we can’t manage the timing, we will miss all the fun.

Using Diamond, It help me educate myself on which gear I will shift while maximizing the fun in bed.

I have this audio book on breathing exercise while having good time in bed.

You maintain the erection by breathing normally, that’s obvious but we often forget about it. When we’re almost reach the point-of-no-return we switch our breathing into panting, like a dog. It will be like a brake and release some pressure, this way we can manage to pause when we reach a boiling point - but still pumping.

In practice though this method is comical, my girlfriend caught me doing this and find it ridiculous .

I still doing it but in a low-profile way.

It will prolong the time spend in bed.

I think why it is effective because it will shift the focus of your mind somewhere not on sex so that arousal would be delayed, and I noticed the erection will subsides a little.

This is my latest post.

I had this crazy discussion with my closed friend then suddenly we share those p*nis issues on us. This company was researching a cure for high blood pressure and on their clinical test they found out it can have give a temporary fix for hardness problem.

I post it here to remind myself of what I did wrong.

Do I recommend this? NEVER

It did work for me fixing my problem but it makes me weak, blur vision, walk like a dead man.

I highly recommend Diamond for a long term solution rather than hooked on this drug.

Personal Journey in Male Enhancement: Observations, Discipline, and Results

Two years ago, I experienced a condition related to persistent failed-hardness in the penis.
