Has anyone here experimented with microdosing (mushrooms/psilocybin) during a cycle? Or microdosing in general? How did it go? Anyone think it would combine nicely with subs?
I microdosed golden teachers before a party two weeks ago. It left so little impression that I forgot all about it until I read your thread.
Incidentally crumbed my substance use. I’m down to 2-3 glasses a month and getting high rarely comes up any more.

I did it for a few weeks but it really wasnt for me. It was more of an experiment to see if it would improve my productivity. It did nothing.
I dont believe anything is to be gained from using substances to help with subliminals. I have been there tried it 
The best results are to follow SC guidelines amd as cliched as it sounds dont over expose.

I haven’t done microdose,
only ever did macro, and often for the neuroplasticity effect and rapidly integrating shifts in identity, destorying beliefs and integrating new precepts. But this was before I found subclub.
I’m guessing on microdose the neuroplasticity effect (facilitating integration) would still be present but to a much lesser degree. After all the body already has neuroplasticity throughout life, though lesser than when we we’re a child or when we’re taking some plant medicine.
This neuroplasticity however can be worked at even sober, by maintaining a state of curiosity and learning regularly throughout life.
iirc, the limitless subliminals already enhance the natural mechanism of neuroplasticity.
The interaction between the two would need to be studied, though my hypothesis would be that it slightly enhance integration, but could also potentially cause one to integrate bad stuff false beliefs going through the conscious during recon along with the good, if one isn’t careful enough to reject the recon.
It could also very well be that the effect would be much similar to simply taking nootropic supplements, such as Lion’s Mane. (who also got the advantage of being legal)
So yeah sticking with the recommendation as Rocky said would probably be better, though it remains to be experienced to know for sure.
