I’d put off running a self-love type title for a year but i know that deservingness was an issue and self sabotage. I’ve ran GLM for a while now so gonna hit the other essential foundation. Noticed GLM discipline and all the changes i’d gotten have stuck so far. I really like that i can talk myself back into doing things if i don’t do it for a day or two. Didn’t have that ability before which is great.
Paragon results have been adjusting posture throughout the day to keep a consistent healthy upright one for blood flow. I’d ordered a healthy meal prep service to get one extra meal in consistently a day, not sure if it’s sustainable financially yet but maybe i can make it work if putting on weight is one of my main goals as well as rehabing my shoulder.
Eating super healthy, i will admit i’ve slipped 3 times but the night and day difference of my attitude and genuine informed eating has been amazing.
My Daily Longevity Habits:
2 brazil nuts - selinium
100% Dark chocolate with a small amount of organic honey
2 tbsp High polyphenol, single origin olive oil
Kefir
Sauerkraut
Oranges, bananas (avoid with polyphenols)
Omega 3
Vit D3
NAC 600mg
Carotenoids like Lutein and Zeaxanthin (mainly for eyes)
Vit A (eyes)
Electrolytes and Creatine (especially helpful for cognition and improving subliminal processing power)
Air purifier in bedroom
Water filter (third party lab tested)
Nano - Hydroxyapatite toothpaste (fluoride free)
Retinol face serum
Minoxidil
