Would you share any particulars you’ve noticed from Emperor: House of Medici from the last, almost 4 months I believe, on it? Relational influencing, deals, mathematical improvement, effective strategizing etc.

Well I started this trading business as a part of expansion for my family business( really tiny)
Been interested in the stock market ( Not much success)
Trying to connect back with old friends (connected with a couple)

I could attribute these relational influencing, effective strategizing.

But nothing significant or unbeleivable yet to be honest.

I’m sorry about your family business @mecharc and I wish there were some profound words of wisdom I could give you that would be just as good or better than cash.

What I can say is based on what I’ve been noticing in your journal and your playlist, I think you are on the right track, and that there are people here who are wanting good things for you.

There is a way out.

How long have you got before trading whilst insolvent (however your legal jurisdiction defines this).

That is how much time you have. In fact you might even be there now.

In which case if you don’t get the large injection of cash in time you now know what to do, namely cease trading.

How likely is it you are going to get a large injection of cash? Why would anyone invest money in a failing business? And how much money are you actually talking about.

Life looks brighter with less stress in it.

Your problem is therefore how do you/your family (re)define yourselves after this.

Which explains why it has taken so long to decide on a course of action.

Plastic Manufacturing
Have ideas of innovation, but all profits are strapped to repaying the bank. No fund for investment.
More recently the machines are getting obsolete, falling behind competition.

Is this all contract stuff for others?

What do you not offer your customers that your competitors do.

JIT, stockholding, small, medium and large runs, subcontract, toolmaking, assembleing etc.

How are your competitors doing? Any chance of a 50/50 non cash merger?

Do you target a specific industry or trade?

Can you come up with your own products that you take direct to market?

With one large order you could go to the bank and extend the duration of any loan and reduce the monthly payments.

How large is your sales team and are they any good? Or is it the technical director for example, that brings in most business?
