MALKUTH The Phenomenaut

Also, thank you for the convenient translations of each term.

6 plus minutes of good music.

This, by the way, is the kind of music I’d often workout to.

Well, this has been day 4 of my rest days (aka action-focused days)

Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon.

On Saturday, my upgraded custom build arrived. I went through a bit of reflection but ultimately chose to continue with the processing days.

I’m in an odd space of processing doubt and discouragement. It is what it is.

What you choose to do whilst between points A and B is your own business.

Bemoan your fate.
Joyously anticipate your upcoming success.
Bite your nails and forecast doom.
Eat pizza. (Shoutout to @PizzaShaman)
Or whatever else you choose.

And also what you choose to do after you get to point B is your own business:

Say, "I knew I’d get here the whole time. It was my destiny.’
Move the goal post and say, ‘Well, this isn’t really anything special. I haven’t really done anything.’
Inhabit gratitude.
And so on.

Either way, we will see.

we will be.

But it’s unhealthy!

Thank you for the shoutout, sir! I saw this before I stepped out of my bedroom this morning, and I came down the stairs with a smile on my face.

This got me thinking the other day when you posted it. I knew Malkuth, the word, was tickling something in my brain, and I had to Google it to find out what it was. That’s when I found the sefirot list and it clicked!
I saw the phrase, many times: Kether is in Malkuth and Malkuth is in Kether. Ragnar’s translations added something for me. The Crown is in the Kingdom, and the Kingdom is in the Crown. Something to be considered.

A blessing upon your day, Malkuth! :pray:t2:

PS: Pools Black with KBC stage 3? Is that your new custom that arrived?

There is an unmistakeable shift in the felt sense of my meditation practices. It’s been gradually building into awareness, like an undimming theatre light adding another color to one portion of the stage. But it’s more of a kinesthetic ‘settling down’ than a sense of awareness.

Maybe this is my bodymind enacting Stonelike.

Ontology

The exploration, investigation, and contemplation of Being; the phenomenon of Being and the experiences of and around being.

It’s PHENOMENAUT Genesis. I got a QTKS upgrade. Same modules.

I’ll start KBC in November.

There’s an animal-instinctual level to social connection. And you ignore it at your own peril.

We are transformed animals. And so the things of animals still bear great relevance for us.

The neocortex and especially the prefrontal cortex with their vaunted complex processing and intellectualism are surely great. But they in no way remove the influence of the older parts of us.

This is not an indictment.

Recognition of the primal improves functioning of the refined.

The computer is the refined.

Electric current is the primal.

They work together.

But don’t make the mistake of so identifying with your narratives and your values and your ideals that you forget where they came from and what ever stands beneath them, supporting them. Your animal-instinctual nature.

No. Your animal-instinctual nature is definitely not enough on its own.

You are a complex combination of the primal and the refined.

They. Work. Together.

You ignore and neglect either end of the continuum at your own peril.

You don’t have to like it.

You don’t even have to honestly acknowledge it.

You just have to deal with it.

Your own instincts; and the instincts of those around you.

Your own values and ideals; and the values and ideals of those around you.

And the complex, paradoxical, often contradictory interactions between them.

p.s.

Repression of your animal nature does not equal transcendence of your animal nature

Okay.

It’s Wednesday and I’ve returned to my stack.

I just listened to 5 minutes each of Phenomenaut Genesis QTKS and Nouveau Rich. Actually, the 5 minutes of Nouveau RICH seemed to pass very quickly (was doing something else while listening). And I wasn’t sure if it was still set to stop at 2.5 minutes. So I listened to an additional 2.5 minutes. That means I’ve either listened to 5 or 7.5 minutes of Nouveau RICH today.

For a change, I listened to subs before meditating. Playing around with configurations is easy when using micro-loops.

I may try running a 5 minute loop, tonight, of a third program, POOLS. I do not want to overload myself. So, I’ll let my mind respond to just these two over the course of the day, and then check in with my intuition.

All of the intense listening regimens that I followed over the past 3 years may have given me some options here. What I’m doing now should, hopefully, be quite manageable. I’ll wait and see.

Time to meditate.

Stay with the primary process. Let that be your main focus. Allow the ups and downs, the highs and lows to be secondary.

The main thing I am aware of is not Reality.

The main thing I am aware of is my Mind State;

(which fortunately contains a little bit of reality as part of its overall mix).

Having some interesting manifestations this week.

People coming to me to remind me of deadlines and things they expect from me. About 3 or 4 instances happening within days of each other.

It feels like a stern yet gentle reminder to get things figured out and get them done.

Only meditating now at 7:20 pm.

Evening meditation today.

In general, prefer the morning. But I was too tired this morning, and there was a meeting a little earlier. So just got a little bit more rest instead.

Thoughts, memories, sensations, emotions. Flying to and fro. As they like to do.

Grateful for the session.

Woke up at 6:20 am today. Meditated 6:40 am to 7:40 am.

Just listened to PHENOMENAUT Genesis and Nouveau Rich. 5 minutes each.

Listened to Trent Reznor - Technically, Missing and listened to Rosamund Pike doing part of her iconic monologue from Gone Girl. My daughter just introduced that movie to me. Watched it this past weekend.
