The themes Id love to see covered are:
Confidence & self-worth – Building a deep sense of worth that isnt based on achievements, appearance, or other peoples approval. I want that genuine “I don’t need to prove myself” energy, not just faking confidence for a few minutes. I dont want to feel like I have to constantly prove my worth before people treat me with basic respect…ugh
Healing attachment patterns – Understanding and healing our own attachment style, while learning not to let other people’s attachment patterns dictate our emotions or self-worth.
Trauma healing – Reducing the impact of experiences that taught my nervous system that the world, men, or relationships are inherently unsafe.
Deconstructing internalized beliefs – Learning to separate what I truly believe about being a woman from what I was taught by family, culture, media, or upbringing. Especially for those of us raised with very traditional or rigid expectations, it’s hard to recognize what no longer serves us and let it go.
Living with less fear – Not pretending danger doesn’t exist, but not letting fear become the thing that organizes my entire life. Id love content on feeling confident doing things alone, traveling alone, and feeling secure in my own company instead of constantly feeling on guard.
Being respected and valued – Building a presence where self-respect comes naturally and learning how to carry yourself with quiet confidence. I don’t want to feel like I have to earn basic respect, I want to embody self-worth from the start.
Id also love content on the difference between protective awareness (making wise decisions) and constant vigilance (living in a state of hyper-alertness), and how to move from one to the other.
One of the biggest questions Im trying to answer is:
What do I actually believe when I’m not trying to live up to everyone elses expectations?
Things like:
- Which parts of femininity genuinely feel like me ?
- Which expectations have I simply inherited?
- Which fears are truly mine, and which were learned?
- What would I choose if I genuinely trusted myself?
I think these are such important conversations for women who want to heal, feel freer, and build a stronger relationship with themselves.
Ultimately, Id love a sub that helps women become deeply secure in themselves, free from unnecessary fear, grounded in their worth, emotionally independent, able to trust themselves, pursue their own path unapologetically, and embody a quiet confidence and presence that naturally commands respect without seeking validation.
…And of course, throw in the hot as hell, unforgettable, magnetic, effortlessly attractive, head-turning aura too because let’s be honest, a little bit of pretty privilege never hurt anyone Hahaha. >.<…
