Something else is having difficult conversations or taking hard decisions such as breaking up, firing someone, saying no, telling someone he fucked up. Not the so called tough love but doing hard things and saying hard truth. Not sure if there is a module that already help with that.

“I may be wrong, but I’m never in doubt” type of mindset.
Being in the haze mentally can drain so much energy. One feature of Commander should be geared toward making the decision with the best of one’s ability with the information avaliable.
Once a decision is made, it can be revisited with the apparition of new information, but the confidence in one’s decision needs to be solid for every man.
What’s the move to do? Should I go talk to that girl? Should I pitch this idea to that person? Should I say this or that? All tiny questions we have in life that can take up so much energy, a Commander will anwser all these questions with unwavering certainty (iron frame?) and be at peace with the decision made.
I may be wrong, but I’m never in doubt.

Well this Alexander was commanding generals. He was litteraly commanding men who had their own armies, their own militia. Those generals were litteraly already alphas of alpha used to do all kinds of things.
I think display of dominance are necessary in some contexts. Yes not killing people, but strong display of dominance are necessary when youre leading sharks imo. It should not be neglected.
In my experience Khan and Commander are the most edgy subs. with positive aggression.
I havent tried Emperor Black though.

This I would agree with. As stated before there are moments where it might be needed (making an example, establishing new rules, someone is openly adversarial, leadership is challenged, to defend your frame etc.)
And if it is included, as this is Zero Point, anyone can use it how he likes.
The context with the quote is a bit different.
Exactly: When he said it he was king and legend, so had enough social capital (and then some) to do and say whatever he likes. But that’s not were most of us are. Military examples imo don’t help as they just have a different code.
Reflecting on it: Social capital could be an interesting topic for GLM:C.
Maybe it would help to divide it a bit:
A strong edge (and a complimentary pokerface) to defend the rules, system, the frame, the leadership against “enemies”.
But when it comes to the people to be lead, GLM:C should have imv a strong emphasis on building relationships, trust, loyalty, safety. (And a bit us vs. them can help with this too.)

This is something that needs to be seen by the subclub team, we know that they can now have more scripting because of the anti-recon, now people execute a lot more easily than before.
How much they want to go into building allies, how much they want to go into execution and energy, how much they want to go into masculine growth (it’s still a godlike masculinity line product we need to remember that), how much do they want to go into leadership?
We also have to remember that we have Emperor Crown and Capital for fostering deep relationships, Chosen for leadership, Emperor and executive for “energy and drive”, Khan for sexual edge and social scripting…
Now what’s commander’s edge? At the end of the day, I know commander can be a big and strong one, but still need to have it’s own flavor.

Is unlikely SC would add scripting for this, it goes against the ethos they’ve outlined multiple times. It’s also not the behavior of a real leader, but rather someone insecure in their leadership.

Probably worded it badly.
It is kinda difficult to discuss all the layers at once.
A good C shouldn’t get into a position where he has to fend off socially adversarial people directly, it is still good to be able to do it. Same with a pokerface. I see GLM:C as very hands-on, practical, so fail-saves would be helpful. Scripting probably would be something like Power Talk, how one uses it, is up to them.
For me this would be just stuff to assist and defend the main goal of establishing relationships, trust etc.
Very curious how it will look like in the end.

That’s my case, not necessarly that I want to be angry or anything, I’m still proning acting from alignment and clarity (hence why I’m still very drawn to AoW, GLM and the upcoming Chosen : The Way), but anger, and a lot of masculine topics in general were almost supressed when I was a kid or teenager, it was either explosive, out of control anger or repressing it. So I learned to not feel nor express it.
Looking for something that drives strong vitality (let’s call it that way) and make me act from strong energy and vitality as I have a tendency to be very very chill, almost passive in many situations in life. I just want to get in contact with that part of myself and awaken it 
I’ve been in contact with it a couple of times over the course of the past few years of my life, but I end up losing it eventually due to some life fluctuation and it’s very hard to get back in touch with that strong vitality.
Hence why I’m interested in Commander.
Edit: It makes me remember why I was always putting energy things in my custom, also adding Carpe Diem ascended and Joie de Vivre!
Is there a sub that increase vitality to the max?

I think I get what you’re saying, and I can definitely see WTP style scripting in here for dealing with manipulation and aggression, as well as scripting for maintaining boundaries and keeping a strong frame and inpurturbability in such situations.
I will also say that directly facing off with people is rarely productive since it’s mostly an ego-based approach driven by the need to dominate, which in turn is driven by fear and insecurity. You become a stronger person by rising above that kind of thing, and learning to command respect through presence and genuine leadership qualities. Adversarial people feed off the energy you give them, and usually only target people they think are vulnerable.
Having said that, if someone is beyond reason and threatening people physically, there’s nothing wrong with knocking them on their ass to defend yourself or others. But that should be a last resort.

Kind of agree on that middle way.
As my perspective these days in my personal life is about growing my leadership skills, maybe I am biased. My whole point was more about being realistic in what actually works and have worked for thousands of years in leadership and commanding more than the aspirational “chosen-type” leader. Yet I agree we need to be the change we want to see in the world.
Yet, there are lots of asshole in position of power everywhere and I dont think you can really “inspire them”.
But yeah maybe that’s my personal view because of the current limits I have in my life of being too nice.

A couple of articles to inspire you I think the vision at subclub is not to become one of them but to become better than. Giving yourself the tools to go toes to toes with them, while being able to inspire and lead everyone else.
The point it, it is highly possible to grow as a well rounded person with good intention and empathy, while being able to defend your point or break someone who have problems or are being assholes.

Being nice has gotten a bad rap, personally I think it’s an admirable attribute except in the following situations:

Being nice as a mask in order to manipulate others to get what you want. Inner work and a commitment to honesty and openness and integrity works wonders here (but avoid using honesty as an excuse to be cruel).

Lacking boundaries and the ability to enforce them. Learning to say no and removing manipulative people from your orbit helps here.
Frankly I miss people and society being nice, everyone seems to be a selfish and opinionated asshole these days. And a heart-felt “fuck you” to social media for driving this.

E:E brings a lot of drive. I suspect we will see something similar in GLM:C. A module for sublimating aggression and inner tension would be interesting.
These kind of articles always forget the second part: Yes, narcissists and sociopaths often climb quickly, because they disregard other human beings, BUT they have a really hard time to stay on top, because there is no real emotional connection, trust or loyality which you need for stability.

The Edge
This is simply the ability (not just capacity) to assert yourself as the commander in any situation—physically, mentally, socially, energetically, and possibly spiritually.
I didn’t use capacity because you can have all the tools and still don’t know how to wield them. Wielding this depth of “edge” takes skill—when to wield, how to wield etc.
Now, I’m also of the opinion that “a true leader won’t have to wield this edge” but it’s not the full thing when we come to reality.
What sort of commander cannot defend those being led?
What sort of commander cannot navigate and advance when confronted?
What sort of commander cannot maneuver in the fray of battle or in uncharted territory?
I can also bet that there are some that in the current arc of their own journey, may refuse to be led, unless you have been practically proven to be superior, even when they need leadership.
What will you do when they confront you?
Gents we can’t have an ironically calm but empty barrel as a commander now, can we?
And No, this “edge” is not to be wielded only as a last resort or thrown around as “dominance” confetti, it is wielded when called for. This then gives room for wisdom and ties in with the skill based aspect of the title.
