The questions goes as following; does your higher self control your lower self (ego) or the other way around. Most people have literally close to no control over there reality because they do not know the language of the unconscious, which is in symbols.
The unconscious mind (feminine side) is the servant of the conscious mind (masculine side), the masculine side or your conscious ego is the gatekeeper of what enters into the unconscious. Anything which is subliminal information directly bypasses the conscious gatekeeper and slips into the unconscious.

Makes perfect sense why Woman are more intuitive than ma since they most of them times operate from their own subconscious. I have some suggestions, when i made my own subs with female voice and male voice at the same time it would x10 my results. Just my 2 cents.

I am an iniciated occultist and also make my own subs… most of the things i learned was by trial and error on myself. Seduction subs worked better with female and male voice at the same time. As a side note female voice on subs with energy manipulation is a no go.

I was doing experiments on Aura expansion at the time, had to banish some nasty stuff that tried to feed off from it, cant rely tell all the facts.

One of the experiments was expanding my aura to the maximum i could and i would measure the results by specific clues on people faces if they got hit by it, i made it for woman only…i measure the signs in mall with a female friend at the time. She was going around the mall with an walkie talkie and i was sitting in a place in the center of the mall…she measured reactions as far as 900meters. It could go more if i was consciously manipulating the field…the default aura was that big 
… now immagine firing sexual attraction subs in the middle of a club enviroment.

I tried it, i even made my body specidically produce pheromones that are not produced naturally in our race of humans. I could say i was pulling girls left and right sometimes entire groups of 10 to 12.
Had some side effects on that on the spiritual side though.

I unfortunately have not mastered my lower energy it tends to spill out into fapping and binging. I’m learning to concur this lizard brain and while also making stronger my logical brain…Like right now I can feel all this sexual energy in my sacral chakra it’s hot and full of energy.

You need to do proper meditation, breathing and eating. Also the last step is control of thought forms.
When you practice this daily you push the energy up the chakras and also gather light photons on your pineal gland.

If I can do it, you do it. I was a fapping multiple times, literally every single day, for years and years and was addicted to porn. Spending hours sitting there on my computer watching it and wasting my time like a complete loser. The first two weeks is almost unbearable. Even though I wasn’t fapping, I was still watching porn more than usual during those two weeks along with fantasizing intensely about women and wanting to meet escorts as well. And then, it just gets easier from there if you can get past those 2-3 weeks. The first month, you still get urges here and there, but you feel way more in control.
I’m on my 3rd month now and I don’t get the urge to watch porn anymore or fap. It very rarely crosses my mind now. It’s really surprising.
