of course no, not a single personal question. and, actually, first I ask questions here on the forums, but if got no answer, then I submit a ticket.

no. though, there was only one time when I did it and I did it a not that much time ago.

anyways, now my tickets are answered, after 3 weeks I submitted.

Alphamale does not realize in this day and age one must use his brain to conquer. Not brute physical force.

Being a dominant alpha may get him a few lays in the pub. Ok you can smash bottle a bottle over someones head and shout i am alpha but it wont work long term.

He needs to think like a great leader and know that brains will get him further not brawn.

Look at Palpatine he uses his brains to tackle challenges.

General well being/ healing custom

I want to build a custom to run for a long time. I have been using LBfH and Phoenix together and I know they are effective but I need them to run them for a long time for the effects to be permanent. I have also run Paragon but I am not sure of how effective it is. While running it I got infected with Covid and now I seem to have developed a chest infection too. I am not blaming Paragon for it: For the last few years every time I get a cold, it seems to blow into a chest infection. So, with this custom I would like to strengthen my immune system as well as emotional healing ‘mens sana in corpore sano’.

Initially, I thought I should add the 3 cores because perhaps Paragon at the moment is busy healing something else that I am not aware of? But then I read it is quite taxing on the system and I may just use Ascepius instead? Also, 3 cores are heavy so I am more inclined to exclude Paragon.

The custom would look something like this:

LBfH core

DR Phoenix core

Paragon Complete core or Ascepius?

Ascepius, Deep Sleep, radiating health, Fusion Optimized, A/SPS: Eyesight, A/SPS: Organs, SPS: Skeletal System, SPS: Fat Burn, Carpe Diem Ascended, Aphrodite, You Are Not Alone, Final Showdown, Discordia Deliverance.

Any ideas or suggestions?

If it is your first custom, I would recommend 2 Cores rather than 3. Other than that, this is a very good custom.

Thank you. I am definitely going to drop Paragon to have 2 cores only. I may also include SPS: Respiratory System. Do you think I could add more SPS modules such as Endocrine System, Immune System, Lymphatic System, Respiratory System, Cardiovascular System or something like Mosaic?

Well if you want the custom to work faster, then it is better to reduce the number those modules.

Mosaic is good for helping stacking with the other subliminals in your stack.

To piggy back off this discussion, does this apply for APS modules also?

and is having 3APS modules plus two SPS modules in a custom too much?

Yes. APS, SPS, A/SPS modules.

5 of them is okay I guess.

Am not saying you must have a certain number of those modules. It’s just that the results could be slower when there are more of these modules.

Fire had recommended around 3 of them per custom when these modules were introduced in the Q Store but people have had success with a few more.
