Order #2030848 - was completed and I have received the confirmation email, but not the email with download link. When checking the āWhere Is My Customā page, I receive the message āNo files found for this orderā.

update2: no response on ticket #32603, so I requested a refund
My issue can therefore be considered done.
Order #2030856 was placed on December 2.
Today is the 7th business day and still is not processed.
I miss the old days when used to get it on the 4th day.

Well, the i posted about above is still not sent (order date November 18, 2025) . I know it is just a mixup but itās frustratingā¦ Waiting on someone to notice the ticket or the post i sent here for the resolve.
Right, probably they need to optimize the system somehow, or give another frametime expectation.
