Main Disc. Thread - Wanted ZP v2

On day 4: Ran Spartan and The Legacy in the morning. (That was the original plan for this round before the experimentals came along…)

After the light migraine yesterday, this morning a mild depression, of the zero motivation to do anything type - that’s always the last phase of a migraine so I know where it comes from, normally lasts half a day or a day. I’ll normally just push through it, but that’s a fight.

After Spartan+Legacy I had the weird combination of zero motivation and a huge desire to get active at the same time. I did use it for about an hour of martial arts training. That had a few natural stopping points after different sets, but I always really felt like continuing. Sometime during that the depression disappeared. During the day I got quite a number of things done with ease, and I felt really good, and active, the rest of the day. Zero recon, despite the packed listening schedule, and four subs. (I started Spartan during my last round and noticed that it works pretty fast, also leads to much better recovery after martial arts and an easier time during long workshops.)

For tomorrow, I’m wondering whether to put in an actual rest day, go with two or all four for 30 seconds, or another full round of the experimentals. Choices, choices….
So far I’m very impressed by how well the experimentals work, and the way they mesh with normal ZP even though I’m technically running too many subs.

Really? Hmm . . .

Out of curiosity, did I misunderstand you or did you not recognize these symptoms as reconciliation?

They’re not reconciliation. I have migraine since I was a kid, know exactly where it comes from and when I have it. I also know exactly how reconciliation works for me, and what the difference is.

This could be a dangerous sentiment to have when you are running subliminals. There’s a ton of reasons why – for example, if you make a distinction between “everyday symptoms” and reconciliation, you’re implying that the subliminals have no relation whatsoever to those “everyday symptoms” – effectively saying that subliminals do not impact the core of your being, in such a way that it could have a link to the “everyday symptoms”.

As far as I know, the best way to approach subs and reconciliation is to recognize any symptom, regardless of mental preconceptions, as a sign of reconciliation. Your mentioned symptoms: migraine, depression, lack of motivation – are common signs of reconciliation. Your certainty that this is not reconciliation is rather surprising, and in my opinion, could impede your growth.

Look, I know how my mind works, and that’s really all there’s to it. When I have a condition for decades I damn well know how it works, too. Since reconciliation is substantially different for me I know how to differentiate between the two as well. Whether you believe it is immaterial.

Sure, that’s fine. You don’t have to take my advice. Or anyone else’s for that matter. But it’s a discussion thread, after all, and this was my comment.

Sure. Just two things: Migraine is a physical condition, including that last depression phase, not a psychological one. It is not “a headache”. And I know what causes mine. Listening to Spartan and taking action on it resolved the last phase, which is a pretty strong hint right there that it has nothing to do with reconciliation, even if you’re not familiar with migraine.

I had a migraine with aura last night as a symptom of overexposure. In fact, started a few days before, but had its peak last night.

That’s the kind of migraine where a sphere appears in the vision making letters disappear. I also was born with strabismus – an eye condition. Due to having had it surgically corrected it is not visible most of the time. It gets visible, however, when I am exhausted or have been overexposed.

Physical conditions can definitely be linked to reconciliation, even when it does not seem so. I know cold symptoms can also occur in some people from overexposure.

But you do you, you know yourself best. I never implied otherwise, just encourage you to be open to possibilities beyond your current scope of thinking, as should I and anyone else running subliminals.

:eyes: :eyes: :eyes: Dude we might be neighbors lol.

Thanks for the tips, I’ll try it when (or maybe if) the experimental version of Libertine comes out.

Alrighty here with update, was looking hot asf, was my birthday, I had a gang of friends that would usually not talk to me. But this time I went and invited them without any hesitation or awkwardness and they all came without any problems. Apart from this everyone was treating me specially, I could feel WANTED. This version rocks. I hope we could see it for the titles EoG and Limitless Exec(just bought it today and it’s a beast).

rofl. The “new subliminal technology leading to (mild, in this case) aggression and fighting” on the forum has begun, eh? Although, I was amused (and pleased) by the decorum and grace shown by the participants.

Sometimes I am a bit jealous of you two.
Dropping these titles just like that and then leaning back, seeing how people react to it.
What a lovely job!
