I think it was mentioned that for some users in OG Wanted they had that get stuff done mindset.

The bar is honestly optional especially if your doing a specific diet or donā€™t like the bar.

Red Light is nice to have if you have the money to spend on it. Iā€™d say itā€™s worth it compared to the other biohacking experiments Iā€™ve done.

Not super big the one that covers half your body.

I use it both with the red light and near-infrared light mode they have.

Similar price here you could get a smaller one if you wanted to depending on your goals. If you want fat loss + brain boost + skin health, Iā€™d personally go for the half body one. If for example, you just want hair growth you can do the red light therapy cap.
