Itās a hard title to master. Might need to do more foundational work. Emperor, perhaps?

For days, it really interferes with my productivity. Even a little bit of brainfog is not acceptable for me. But this one gives me headache/mental tiredness.
There was a suggested progression guideline a while back, from fire.
Ascension/Genesis ā Emperor ā Wanted/Khan ā WB. Something like that.
Also you didnāt say how many subs you listen to and how long?

Weāre all different with different structures in our subconscious and face different challenges. I have a theory I personally need 3 day rest after 30 sec of limitless currently. So I believe I have alot of things to work through there. So Iām guessing you have things to work through in WB. Perhaps lower it to 10 second. Take longer rest. Also make sure the basics are taken care of like sleep, hydration and nutrition.

How about any results related to WB? Are you getting any?
If youāre not seeing any results with WB, it might be worth taking a step back from it for a while. Instead, consider running something more aligned with your current priorities and capabilitiesālike SSX or LoTs or WANTEDādepending on what youāre aiming to achieve.

Will go with Emperor for now. About the results I would notice IOIs from my type of women but would not feel grounded and like approaching or making move.

The key to solving this would be to build up your productivity and resilience baseline with Emperor Executive. So that you are able to execute on the necessary work even when in recon. Thatās what I am doing right now, as EE trains me to get things done regardless of how I feel.
What is your current stack? Are you still running more than three titles? I am running Limitless, RoM and Emperor. (And wanted as a fourth title. I know, this is outside the guidelines) The first three titles all have executive functioning scripting. The result may not come as fast as with EE, but I have also read people stopping titles like Emperor Black and EE and losing a lot of their executive functioning gains. And I think I have found my personal sweetspot with four titles. I have tried cycles with more and with less, but four seems to work best for me. So I am hesitant about adding EE. Also since some of the scripting is already covered in Limitless, RoM and Emperor.
That would be for tasks involving normal amount of brain involvement. I often need to do complex tasks like coding, study mathematics where such a recon causes a lot of problem. Infact, I even tend to respond to it by isolating myself sometimes.

I know what you mean. I am a math student and poker player. You canāt just plough through. Your brain needs to function optimally almost all the time. In my experience a combination of Limitless and RoM are best while also consistently practicing yoga and meditation.

Same with me.
The combo of QL4 + EE helps with this.
QL4 provides the focus and mental clarity and EE the execution part.
These titles permanently change my baseline and this is the most awesome thing! So whatever future recon arises, I am becoming better and better at pushing through regardless and remaining productive and āsmartā.
Maybe you want to try out that focus and mental clarity scripting from QL?
At 7 titles right now:
- LB, full
- IC 3 min + WANTED full
- EE 5 min + QL 4 5 min
- KHAN 1 full
- EoG 1 7.5 min
1 to 3 rest days between each of those points.

Well, WB is for having fun. But if your income depends on being able to focus and being able to get things done, then these are obviously the more important titlesā¦ in my opinion.
