I am very pleased with this title.
With the working out and dieting I would keep doing what you are doing. Donât over complicate things with crazy diets or workouts, and slowly ease into it. What is working for me right now is I am focusing on eating habits first and when my results begin to plateau only then will I follow a more cutting regiment. Mind you I tried Wanted Black but humbled myself to Wanted. After about 6-8 weeks I am down 15lbs and I had to nurse an injury for 2 weeks. Mainly because I focused on fixing my poor eating habits first.
As for women even to me itâs a more subtle effect. What really helped me out was asking myself the deeper questions of what a WANTED man is. Here are a few:

High emotional intelligence

Puts his goals first as well as is own needs and happiness.

Stands up for himself and the ones he cares about
Those are some of my personal points but look at those points. None of them are external but they are internal. If you donât feel like a WANTED man on the inside youâre not going to get the crazy results on the outside. Maybe sometimes you will but not as much. Ask yourself that same question and try to answer them and work towards it.
I will also state that I have ran wanted in the past and didnât get crazy results, now that I have been asking myself the deeper questions and started to work on that I will say that I got random head from a very attractive girl a few weeks ago. On WANTED not Wanted Black.
Wanted will make you more attractive on the outside but itâs going to make you much more attractive on the inside and that will radiate to the outside and give you an even bigger advantage than most men.
I would stay on Wanted and not go to Wanted black until you get a good foundation with Wanted. Take action, and be patient. This was a lesson that I also had to learn.
Gotcha. That is a good way of putting it. Maybe Iâll just stick with Wanted then. Do you know when it is appropriate to transition to WB?
I would let it do itâs thing for a good while. I personally want to run it (I have Wanted in a custom btw) at least 3 more cycles before I evaluate and decide where to go from there. Plus Wanted might get some updated scripting in the meantime but I am not sure tbh. Thatâs a question for the higher ups
You might need a bit more time to get into optimal shape. Physical shifting and changes can take months. When I ran Wanted last year, it took me roughly 8 months to drop down to a BF of 8%.
Keep at it. You will get you closer to your goals, but depending on how overweight you are, the longer youll need.
Oh wow, ok, so it seems like Wanted is definitely not a linear thing, more of an exponential thing. Thank you and @Uber_Elysium for the insights! I will give it a while then.

Currently running WB. Seeing how it fits in my stack.
Flirted with a girl earlier (yes, me, the gay guy) and it was hella smooth and she was definitely flirting back even tho she doesnât know me. Bounced off each other effortlessly and just felt a cool connection. Made her laugh too so it was all groovy.
Running it with Stark & HS so the former may have helped a bit.
Gotta give you my honest opinion here, being over weight is going to make it really tough to generate passive attraction. Passive attraction for the most part is going to be raw sex appeal, which you can have through looks, status, etc, but without that man I donât care about how strong an âauraâ is I just donât believe you are going to magnetically be attracting women.
Not to say you canât still have success with women, some of the best guyâs Iâve seen weâre gianormous, but killers in the field. But it was always through being more of the life of the party, crazy frame control, understanding female psychology.
If you havenât done so already, Iâd recommend starting to read some books on female psychology. The book of Pook in my opinion was the biggest game changer for me and should be available for free on line. This is the wayâŚ
Also Iâm sure you can find torrentâs of RSDâs The blue print decoded, or Julien Blancâs Pimp floating around. Itâs been awhile since Iâve been in the game, but utilizing and implementing those philosophyâs, and actively going out 7 days a week made me an absoutle savage. I went from barely being able to hold eye contact, and only having slept with one women, to well over 100 in the span of a year or two.
If your not already that guy, your not going to get their passively. Passive is earned, it takes years of putting in the reps, being unfazed by rejection, and having the reference experiences of high quantities of attractive women actually pursuing you.
You can passively have a great body, if you grind for 10 years. You can passively make money, if you work your ass off and make smart plays.
I disagree, vehemently.

anyone tried WB + Divine Diamond? 
I ran WB for a bit longer than one month yet my wife has noticed a nice boost in my hair regrowth. 
Thatâs pretty much exactly what I said homie 
If you have a ton of fame, status, etc yes your going to get passive attraction. But without that; as someone who is overweight, you will probably have to compensate with game, which most people also donât have passively.
The point of the post was that you can still have phenomenal results with women, itâs just not going to be passive unless you have massive status or fame, or your incredibly good looking.

My experience with LOS is, that my body is the most aesthetic I have ever had in my life.
"It helps you develop the most muscular, aesthetically pleasing body possible"
I am going to the gym, trying to lift more and more, doing all parts of my body because the devil is in the details.
For example, the neck, traps, and forearms can do a very good job for your silhouette.
And doing visualizations every day about what body I want.
So maybe you just need to do more specific actions instead of adding dense custom and therefore you can maybe delay your goal even more.
Btw I have LOS also within a custom but QTKS and with Paragon 
Have you noticed better results with LotS in QTKS? Vs standard? I know you were running it before you made your recent custom. And by better, I mean more apparent results, faster and more profound changes comparatively speaking.
I think I have.
Before QTKS it was more before I was working out and everything was going just fine.
With QTKS, I am also noticing fat loss. Before, it was not noticeable. Also, I think Iâm gaining muscle faster than before.
This one is tricky, but lately, I noticed that my grey hair is somewhat darker. I asked my mum if she noticed that and she confirmed that they are somewhat darker.
Damn thatâs a pretty cool distinction. And youâre running more subs now in QTKS than before yes?
What were you running with LotS before QTKS and what are you running now?
Iâm guessing that youâre running more in QTKS yet getting more profound results, which if true is impressive.
