The bar is honestly optional especially if your doing a specific diet or don’t like the bar.

Red Light is nice to have if you have the money to spend on it. I’d say it’s worth it compared to the other biohacking experiments I’ve done.

Not super big the one that covers half your body.

I use it both with the red light and near-infrared light mode they have.

Something like that costs around 200 euros here or 400, depending on the strength of the light.

Similar price here you could get a smaller one if you wanted to depending on your goals. If you want fat loss + brain boost + skin health, I’d personally go for the half body one. If for example, you just want hair growth you can do the red light therapy cap.
