Beast sounds great. I’m a pre-workout guy too. I can do 300mg caffeine no problem these days. So for me what’s important is one with no crash, since that’s my only caffeine for the whole day.
I gotta say, I’m still in the trying whatever is the best deal these days. I’ve found that sometimes they have the sample packets and those hit so good, I buy a jar and the jar just doesn’t hit the same.
Spartan Beast sounds like it could negate the problem. Just go with whatever fits the budget for a pre-workout and I won’t really have to worry about it.

This program gives me a zen like feeling, all the way from a usual generalized anxiety, about rest and recovery… I sleep like a baby and I have a great time recovering with certainty due to the program helping me know that my subconscious setting is now set to min/max rest and action…. Even if I don’t ’feel it’, I’m glad it’s such a great program, I feel a tinge of “archetype” to the program which is the usual result from even other programs you would assume are just a purely visceral physical results.

Spartan beast is an incredible sub. It’s tempting to run it again. I switched over to Hero: earth to see the difference in increasing my technique in tennis but I miss the explosiveness and clarity Beast has. Also, for me the rest and recovery was more potent than Earth.

Picked this title up on a lark after reading through the description again. I’m not an athlete by any means, but I do physical work that requires endurance, dexterity and flexibility/mobility. I hope to go from being competent and able to complete tasks in a timely manner to being exceptionally fast and precise in executing these tasks. The mind/body connection, muscle memory, and enhanced (workout) concentration all stand out as perfect features for my goals. Does anyone have any experience in maximizing these parts of this title?
I know I can do more to better trigger the scripting, but not much has come to mind yet. I am currently pairing it with Emp Exec, and outside of the work itself my fitness routine is relatively limited, mostly short yoga routines (think repeated sun salutations), some motions focused on building horse riding stance stamina and practicing horse riding stance. I’d like to restart a running routine, but the time crunch is real, and until something in my schedule shifts it doesn’t feel realistic.
It seems to have that in all senses;
Might be Muay Thai mastery expressing as it’s also in my stack, it even depends mind muscle connection to minute tasks with fingers and such but remember, exhaustion can still happen and it’s only a matter of time before you optimize your rest
Oh definitely, I think that might be the first place I can open up more time in my schedule. I have rest and relaxation now, but the time it takes to actually get “into” a relaxed enough state to feel that deep energy regeneration is a part of the time crunch. Giving myself that time to access that deep relaxation was an ongoing project across most of last year. Now it is about becoming more masterful about it.
I’ve decided I’m going to run this one on my next cycle to help with my gym goals. I’ve been slacking the past two or three months and I want to go hard again.
Does anyone have some longer term impressions they can share? This thread has much fewer user experiences than I would have thought.
Anyone combine Beast Unleashed with Emperor Executive? And can Beast Unleashed help in other areas of discipline and productivity other than physical fitness and martial arts?
How is Beast mindset outside the gym? In life and workplace?
