Guys i encourage you to exercise and take a cold shower in the morning. It ramps up the clarity that RoM brings to your mind.
Blood circulation is important and am sitting here feeling like a new person thanks to push-ups + a cold morning shower + RoM run last night.

@Lion i just cannot bring myself to have a cold shower. Its bloody hard for me. Kudos to you !

For those who have stacked ROM with Stark please share results.
I understand. The first few weeks were horrible. After that my body adjusted. There were still times that I hesitated under the shower head lol but eventually I did it.
Ons thing I did to force myself to do cold showers was have my bathroom not have a water heater. That way am forced to do it haha. I did that for around 5 years and now am used to it.
My new place has a water heater but I have yet to use it.
Another tip is to do a hard, sweaty workout before the cold shower. Makes it easier to do, at least for me.
But more important than all that is being successful in your life and you got that covered so it doesn’t really matter in the long run. Am just trying to do what I can to optimise my life.

A tip that I used a couple of years ago when I did cold showers for almost a year, was to always do a set of Wim Hof and then straight into the shower after. It makes the first part easy because you don’t feel anything for a short while. It was in the winter in the north, so the water was really cold.

The thing i find is that is it cumbersome to practice when you residing in a cold climate when i am somewhere warm is much easier to practice.

That happened to me with Alchemist tbh. I had this experience of “Money is this earthly bs nobody REALLY needs” which of course, ruined my finances.
NOT ALCHEMISTS FAULT.
It happened because I wasn’t ready to understand while there are higher realms and yes, money is pointless there, it IS necessary to live life on this place, to feed your family, to BUY EXPERIENCES, to work through your karma, all of this.
RoM was the one that revealed this to me btw.
And this is where I keep shilling the “starter subs” because for some advanced things, many of us are just not ready lol Especially ever since ZP.

READ what I said. It was a personal experience that was NECESSARY for my growth financially. To solve it. Other people might have a COMPLETELY different experience.
I even made a whole YT video about this a while ago, how this subliminal journey is sometimes weird. It’s part of the process. Just remember this simple truth: Everything is rigged in your favour. You might just not see the big picture yet.

Sometimes you have a realization that is profound, but later you have a new realization that sharpens the first or makes it more accurate, and so the process goes.
Money for example I believe has levels to it, depth, layers, and each layer you shed gives you a clearer picture of what it means to you.

Exactly.
I also believe - especially with ZP - that subs will guide you to other subs that help you with your deep subconscious goal.
It’s just sometimes tough to discern between THAT and recon that’s trying to get you off of it

Actually even more healthy than straight up cold.
